Highland Pinetree Apartments

Nothing but good to say about Highland Pinetree. Me and my girlfriend just moved into our first apartment together and did a good amount of searching to find the right place and then we came across these apartments. The whole experience was wonderful, Evan was the one who we went through the process with us and he was incredible, making the transition into our new home so smooth and effortless. The entire property is so well taken care of and our apartment was perfect and clean. We wouldn’t be as happy or comfortable anywhere else. If you are looking for a new home I highly recommend Highland Pinetree and get in there and talk to Evan because the guy handles business.

My husband and I have been searching for a larger home for several months. Upon coming to HPT, the staff were immediately inviting and warm. We worked with Evan throughout the application/​move in process, and we were impressed with his professionalism and organization. In addition to the great staff, the apartment community is very clean and up kept. The apartment itself included brand new granite countertops, new carpeting and chrome fixtures. Although the freeway noise is prevalent when you’re outside, the noise is minimal when you’re inside the apartment. Overall, our growing family is very happy to be here.

I am a new resident at Highland Pinetree and so far I LOVE it. Evan made my application and move so easy and stress free. And he was so friendly, positive, and helpful from the first point of contact! My unit has beautiful flooring, granite counter tops, a lot of cabinet and storage space, and updated appliances and fixtures. The community area is well kept and uniformed, and has a lot of community amenities — which I appreciate. Not to mention Target is right across the street! :) I am looking forward to making my home here!

Had a great experience getting settled in our new apartment! Mitesh understood our urgency and accommodated us a speedy approval. The complex has great features such as bbq area and pool, billiards, sand volleyball court, dog park, & gym. Everyone we’ve spoken to in the office has been courteous and helpful!

I’ve lived hear for 2.5 years and the staff and amenities cannot be matched, Mostly I’ve dealt with Metish and Evan, but the whole management staff has always been helpful and quick to respond. I have to move now, and after weeks of searching, this place is the truely the BEST value for the buck, and I wish I didn’t need to move !

I am a current resident at HPT and have enjoyed staying here while temporarily living in SoCal for school.
All the staff has always been friendly and eager to help any time I have any concern, but Mitesh in particular (due to having most contact with him because he is mostly working when I come in to the office due to my school schedule), since he was the one who helped my sister and I, then later my Mum and I do the showing, walk through, and paperwork to begin my lease.
Most apartment complexes have very poor communication and customer service, but everyone here at HPT goes out of their way to help you, and it seems sincere.

Chill place to live my friends. Staff is very friendly and dies their best to fix all your apartment issues!

I love living here, the apartment complex is great and feels like a true community. I feel safe living here and it is quiet and peaceful. The staff who works here always goes out of their way to make the residents happy, even with atypical requests.

So far i do like living here, the place is well kept and the recent renovations have made the place look even better. The apartments are located in a great area and its very convenient to get to Target or any other little shops. The one big thing that is still a pain not just for me but for other residents is the lack of parking available. We were told that with a 2 bedroom place we would have 2 parking spots assigned to us, one in a carport and another without. What they really meant was that you get one and good luck finding another. When you try to talk to someone in the office about parking and if its going to improve, they always say its going to get better but that was months ago… Its just very frustrating when you don’t find a spot and then you need to park on the street or down the road in a sketchy area. And not to mention the large trucks that take up spots all over the place. Overall other then that I would have given the Highland Pinetree Apartments a full 5 stars.

Nice apartments, clean, and the front office crew is very helpful. Mitesh really gets things done right away and he is always willing to listen and help out! We have had a couple problems with the apartment but since Chio has been the manager they have been either worked on or fixed as soon as possible!!! When I have a problem I go to Mitesh and by the same day or even the next day there’s an answer! Best office staff and Maintenance crew out there!

they finished renovating the places so it should be better but during the time it was quite a hassle. it is pretty quiet most of the time and a clean place. Never experienced any cockroaches or any bugs which was great. The move out was a hassle, during the time I moved out, they gave me a notice, handed to me the day of, saying the rent was increasing so I had to pay the extra which was taking out of my safety deposit. The deposit takes longer than 1 month. its been an ongoing issue since a month and 2 weeks ago. Also, if it has been delayed you have to personally call them most of the time.

This is a great apartment complex! I split the two bed/​two bath floor plan with a roommate and the space is perfect for us. I love that it is such a dog-​friendly place. The staff is very nice and respond to questions and concerns almost instantly. The complex recently went through some upgrades, like new paint and new equipment for the gym. The best perk is how close it is to the 91, to downtown Fullerton, and to Target.

By far the best place I’ve ever had the pleasure of renting/​living. The front office is very friendly and easy to talk with. I’m actually going to really miss them as we’re moving into a condo next week. Definitely going to miss the friendly banter during Hockey season. ;)
They’ve been renovating everything, which is great for the tenants but sucks for us because we’re leaving just as it’s all being put in. There’s new cabanas that have been put up in the pool area, brand new grills with counter tops, new volleyball net (professional style), new paint job for the exterior, brand new mail boxes, brand new windows (the sound proof kind) and a brand new expanded gym with new equipment (the gym picture listed is the old one) — they even have daily exercise classes in the gym with one of the tenants leading the charge. That’s only the stuff that I’ve been able to see. who knows what’s next.
My experience here as been great. Very quiet, no annoying neighbors and they keep the landscape very tight and green. Overall a great experience. Thanks for the great memories Chayo, Kathy, Mitesh and the others in the office. We’ll hopefully see each other soon at our house warming. ;)

I love this place, it’s like living in a resort! It’s pet friendly, 3 pools, 2 jacuzzis, green, clean, and the staff are friendly. Best place I have rented in over 10 years :)

DEFINITELY 5 stars, if there was a 6^th star id put that in there too! i have lived here since august and couldn’t be happier with it. mitesh has been easily the best manager i have worked with so far, always very very pleasant, very professional, and really cares what goes on, even goes out of his way to make sure everything goes well with you and that your stay is as comfortable and amazing as possible. i recommend this place to all my friends. all of the staff in general is very pleasant to be around really.

I lived at Highland Pinetree for 4 years, and I loved it. I loved the staff and the maintenance crew, who were always very friendly and professional. I think aside from the wonderful people at Highland, the amenities they offer are amazing. Pool room, gym, Volleyball court, Jacuzzi and now they recently added a dog park. Even though I moved to another AMC property, I would still recommend Highland Pinetree to my own family and friends. I am always in the area because I shop at Target and will stop in from time to time to say hi to the staff, and I still feel like Highland is my home. I stopped in recently and noticed some more upgrades going on, and I have to say, AMC is always improving their communities, as my current AMC community is also having some upgrades, which is exciting!

The inside of the actual apartments is the only thing pleasant about the complex. Upon moving in they made it seem as if it were a quiet community with a lot of privacy, which has turned out to be the opposite. There has been nonstop construction that looks like nothing has changed. They didn’t offer us any type of accommodation for the noise that we have had to deal with daily, and the worst part is, is that we didn’t have a choice. We got a notice on our door the day before they started construction and it said that they could be working for months. Furthermore, They told us that there would be a ton of parking available, but I can’t even remember the last time I got a spot within a mile of the complex. Also, they made it seem that their maintenance team was going to be there to help, but it’s like pulling teeth to get them to do anything.
I would recommend this complex to an individual that has one car, and doesn’t mind waking up before 7am every morning.

My new wife and I moved in about a month ago, along with the help of Mitesh from the front office. He helped us glide seamlessly through the process of moving into our first place together. The apartments themselves are a dream. It’s so quiet at night and the maintenance keeps up on the property very well. When we have a problem things are resolved within a day or two. The office team is like the kind of people you make Christmas cookies for. We are already enjoying the apartment and are looking forward to many happy years here.

I have lived at Highland Pinetree for over two years and the experience has been exceptional. The team in the office including the manager are all so incredibly nice to work with, know everyone by first name, are attentive to any repair requests (which mine have been minimal) and are so genuine. As for the apartment and the amenities, you get a great value for your money including a new workout room, a pool/​spa, and recently constructed dog park. It is also very close to shopping and downtown Fullerton. If you are looking to move to Fullerton, definitely stop by for a look and make this part of your must see list.
