HADLEY TOW

Last night my car stated to make a hellish racket from under the hood. It was dark and I had a long day already do I decided to wait till the morning to take a look. I needed a tow. Called AAA and Jason from Hadley showed up promptly. So fast in fact I was still trying to get my shoes on because I was getting ready for work. Super friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. These guys are great and I was super pleased with Hadley’s service. Thanks Jason for your help this morning

106 degrees on the 91 freeway drive home… my always trusty Explorer decides that it has had enough for the day and overheats. Fortunately, I was almost home from my near 40 mile commute, but I had to pull over and let my baby cool off. I knew it was stupid to try and make it home and either way there was something definitely wrong with my normally calm, cool truck. So, I called up AAA (Auto Club) and asked for a tow.
I can’t even believe that I didn’t get the driver’s name from Hadley Tow, but he showed up within 20 – 25 minutes (I was expecting the 1 hour wait, as told). After getting my info, he told me to go ahead and get inside the cab of his truck and relax while he hooked up my truck. He had the air on high and showed me where he had a cooler with bottled water and Red Bulls. After he knew I was comfy, he went to work.
Shortly we were on our way to the «within 6 miles» mechanic that AAA recommended, my driver was pleasant and personable with his small talk and conversation. Mid-​way through our gab-​fest he found out that my normal mechanic was not too much further away from the recommended shop. He asked if I’d be more comfortable with him taking me to a place that I am used to. Absolutely!!! So, we switched routes and headed to see my guy, Jose. I don’t know if all drivers do this, this was my first tow, but I really liked that he was thinking about me and my well-​being (and sanity).
He had a pleasant demeanor and chill attitude, very nice guy and I gave him a hug just before he left me at my destination. I couldn’t be more happy with Hadley Tow, their reputation and service shined bright in the guy who helped me breathe again in the scorching heat.

Typically I hate tow truck drivers. Over the years of all my experiences usually they have this superiority complex about them. Which I never understood and made me have the feeling that everyone of them was the lowest of the low type of human. That recently changed.
Last Saturday morning I had to get my motorcycle towed from my house to my buddies shop. I called aaa and they sent someone out. I forget the gentleman’s name off the top of my head but, he was very pleasant. Very helpful explained everything he was doing and was extremely carful with my bike. I’m extremely glad that he got sent out to help me. Next time I need my bike towed I will for sure call him back.

My driver Jason as a great guy. He arrived sooner than the one hour window they gave me. He was friendly, helpful and had my car on the flat bed secured within five minutes. He even sent me a text message after dropping my car off at the mechanic. It is never fun to have to call a tow truck, but at least Jason made the experience as pain free as it could get. Thanks again!

F250 crewcab was dead. Called AAA, 18 minutes later a Prius from Hadley pulls up. Jump start won’t crank the diesel. Hadley guy calls in, 20 minutes and a flatbed was here. ‘Agustin’ checks the F250, loads it on the flatbed with care, speed and precision, hauls us to SamsClub. Good service, competent employees, no hassle or hard sell.

Had a tow earlier today and got a tow from Hadley tow Fullerton. Had an amazing driver named Jason, he was really nice and very helpful with my car. Great conversation on the ride to the shop!

Spent our President’s day with my Boyfriend’s truck breaking down… again! We called AAA, Jimmy was sent to our rescue! He diagnosed what was wrong with the vehicle when the service station couldn’t. This isn’t the first time my Boyfriend’s vehicle wouldn’t start, taken to the shop and told couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Jimmy was knowledgeable, helpful and offered us cold beverages since the AC went out in the tow truck. Hot day but not an issue with the windows open.

Truck broke down and needed a tow. Jason showed up after a few minutes and got everything done quick and easy. Great to talk to on the way home and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Got into a wreck & used AAA tow, from site to home. Driver Jason is a good dude, talked with me during the trip.
3 stars for doing the expected work. 1 more star for helping me feel comfortable after a wreck.

Excellent and courteous service guys! There’s nothing worse than getting into a fender bender in rush hour traffic and hitting the car in front of you just perfectly to disable yours, on a particularly tough workday. My service was on time and very effective. Riding with the cool driver was the best part. Thank you, Hadley Tow Fullerton!

I recently had an awful experience with this company at the end of October/​beginning of November. I was in an accident and against my will the police called Hadley tow to move my car out of the way of traffic instead of allowing me to use the roadside assistance I pay for as part of my insurance. To take my car 0.6 of a mile cost me $ 175, does that sound like a reasonable amount? $ 29.16 per tenth of a mile, $ 291.66 per full mile?! No. And that’s just the beginning.
Upon my car being towed to the location I knew I would have to leave it there at least overnight so I asked about what fees are associated with the towing and storage of my car… I was told it would all be covered by my insurance despite having already told them that I only had liability and did not have collision. I was given absolutely no receipts, brochures, forms, just absolutely nothing except a generic business card upon leaving the business. I call them approximately 10 days later because my mom had been in the hospital and they inform me that I owe $ 855 in storage and towing fees. I was never told anything about the prices they charge and upon telling them this they insisted that they actually remembered telling me all the information the day of the accident. I had myself, my grandma, and my brother there that day and none of us were ever told anything about pricing even after questioning the employee.
I did receive an invoice of sorts in the mail 6 days after the accident that stated prices but that’s still 6 days too late. I would have moved my car from the lot the very next day if I had known but alas their deception lead to me having to pay up money that I could not afford to give. I would NEVER use this company again. Customer service was unreasonable, they are very unprofessional, and they are deceptive.

Got in a car accident down the street, the police were the ones to call this towing spot. They made it sound like my car was undriveable, yet they drove it onto the towtruck. I could have just driven my truck down the street and out of the way and saved myself 300 bucks. I feel like they took advantage of me trying to squeeze out every penny they could from someone who can barely afford it.

I called AAA at 10:30 who dispatched to SADLEY then again at 12:30 am with no call from Hadley of a update on my battery call. LAME!

Called Hadley for a tow, and apparently there’s a one question limit … I asked 2 & was promptly hung up on by a man with broken english, lol.

Best tow service i have ever had. So one night I had some radiator trouble after a long, stressful day and needed a tow back home. Like many people in my situation, I was not feeling too great about it. However, my tow truck operator, Ren, was amazing and made the experience extremely pleasant-​very funny guy. Thanks again Ren.

As you can see my G wagon took a beating and like always (yes always I seem to have a problem with smashing up cars) called Hadley and they were to the rescue. The driver not only loaded up my car, picked up and swept up all my broken car parts, but he even picked up my makeup that was thrown out of my purse all over the place. Always kind, always professional, and always caring. I’ll be loyal to Hadley for life and I’m always recommending them to people. My whole family uses their tow and auto body service. So glad we found Hadley.
