Established in 1985.

Dan Terrell Shower Doors, has been serving So. Cal. for over 25 yrs We serve Los Angelos and Orange Counties, as well as the Inland Empire and it’s surrounding areas. The owner/​installer, Dan Terrell, has been in the Shower Door business for more than 30 years. He was trained by a well known shower door installer, the Old School way, when a handshake still meant something and he still does business the same way today!

When you hire someone, you hope for the best and expect the worst. However, Dan exceeded my expectations which is hard to say for many contractors/​handyman work. He did good quality work, he was knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would recommend Dan no doubt and would and will use his services in the future as needed.

Dan does excellent work, the shower door looks awesome and his price was the lowest that I found of any window/​shower door company on Unilocal.
I minused a star because he forgot to show up on the day he said he would, and also his response time to calls are extremely slow and its very difficult to reach them in general. Im guessing their business is doing extremely well as they seem to be busy 24⁄7
In any case, be patient if you are thinking about using Dan. You may get delays but the end result and the pricing makes it all work the wait.

Dan came out a few months ago to put in a shower door for us. We wanted something simple and he was cheaper than the other two estimates we received. He was able to do the doors in a couple of days. The supplier forgot one of the towel racks so Dan told me he’d bring it the next day. When I went to pay, he told me to pay him when he finishes the job. All in all, it was a great experience.

Dan is one of the few contractors who will answer his phone or get back to you in a timely manner. He seems to be knowledgeable and fairly priced.
I hired him to remove an existing shower door and install a new one.
He did a great job, and cleaned up all the mess made during installation.
I have being using the new shower doors for over a month now and have no complaints with the workmanship.
The only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating was he was very late the morning of the installation appointment. However, that will not deter me from using him in the future.
I highly recommend him.

I called Dan because he was local and had excellent reviews. After hiring him to replace a shower door I see why his reviews are so good. Dan came out to look at the job and quoted me a very reasonable price. He called back as soon as the doors were in and he installed them that afternoon. He was quick and clean and got precisely the parts I needed. He adjusted everything perfectly and left the area clean, and even had some recommendations for products I could use when I asked questions. He was very personable. I will call him again for any glass work that I need in the home.

While I didn’t need a shower door installed, I did need one removed! Dan quoted me over the phone, scheduled a time within the same week, and had the shower door removed in under an hour. He did an amazing job, and even left the area clean (not typical when having work done!) We were so happy with the job he did. I would definitely recommend him!

our kids’ bath shower door came down and shuttered. We called Dan on December 26 and he came the same day to measure the shower door and gave us the price to replace it. it was fairly reasonable.
He came back with brand new shower door on Monday, December 29, 2014 to replace the shuttered shower door. He even adjusted the master shower door. We would recommend anyone to call Dan with your shower door need.

Good work, good people
Called Dan based on positive Unilocal reviews. His quote was very reasonable. There was a minor delay getting our frameless shower doors from the manufacturer but installation went quick and they look great. After the door had been in for several months there was a tiny bit of shifting from the tile/​wall and a crew from Dan’s shop came out and made an adjustment (no charge). The after-​the-​sale service for a contracter like this is vitally important and these guys did great.

Dan (and his helper Jim) installed a new frame-​less shower door on our tub. They did a perfect job. Took lots of time and made it right. A couple of months later they came out and did another great job on our other bathroom. We recommended Dan to several of our neighbors and they had the same great results. Very highly recommended.

A big shout out to those of you Unilocaler’s who wrote reviews about Dan Terrell!
After reading the great reviews, we called Dan out when our painter’s were finishing up our bathroom remodel. He gave us a price over the phone. We measured along with our contractor and gave him the measurements over the phone.
He arrived on time the day of the install and finished installing our new shower door within an hour and a half. The door is perfect and exactly what we wanted, expected, and needed.
When we do the next bathroom, we will call Dan.

This is the third time Dan has done a shower installation or shower door for me and my family. He answers the phone himself and each time he came to the house to do the measuring and estimate personally. His prices are very fair considering the detailed and perfect work he does. I was not sure about size and design on one job and he was happy to make recommendations that we went with and it turned out great. On the replacement of a glass shower door it looked great to me but he spent an additional hour taking it off and putting it back up because it was not yet perfect for his standards. Thanks so much Dan!

My wife tried entering the shower door, it wouldn’t budge. She tried a little harder to pull it open, apparently pulling off the track and CRASH! The door shattered in to a thousand pieces. Quite dangerous, really. She did a search online and this was the gentleman who came up. He came in the next day and measured the size door we needed and ordered the style we wanted that could replace it. He came the following day as it was in stock with supply. He completely removed every remnant of the door of death. He installed the new one. He resealed everything and in an hour and a half we have what looks to be a new spa experience.

Dan was awesome! Our previous shower door that was only 3 months old shattered for some unknown reason. We called the shower door company that installed it and they gave us the run-​around and never returned our calls to replace it.
I called Dan who was referred to me from my mom, and he came over the next day, took some measurements, and then came back a day later to replace and install a new shower door. He was very thorough and knowledgable with all types of shower doors and he even educated my wife and I (unlike the previous company). He was very professional and reliable and his prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend him for all types of shower door installations!
