Stopped here to pick up a couple items and needed to use the restroom. Asked for the code to get in the door and they said they don’t allow the public to use them. I put my stuff down and walked to the 99 cent only store.

Fucking horrible people work here. I’m at their pharmacy waiting on my prescription, when I ask for the code to use the restroom. The same pharmacist who just helped me with my prescription, looks me dead in the eyes and tells me that they don’t have public restrooms. To which I reply, I am a customer here. She then tells me to go ask for the code at the registers at the front of the store. So then I go and they tell me that they don’t have public restrooms. Are you fucking kidding me right now? I politely inform them that I am a customer at their pharmacy waiting on my prescription and they directed me to ask the cashiers at the front of the store for the code. They then inform me that if I am a customer at the pharmacy then they have to provide the code for me. I walked away before those idiots brought me down to their level and beat me with experience.

This cvs will be my least favorite, the pharmacy on the other hand are very professional to deal with. So this rate is about the general of the store. The store manager today working around 1:30−6pm on 3÷26÷15 is very unprofessional and doesn’t have the ability to do math. This is my second time shopping at this store, because my store were ran out of sale items mascara, grabbing few things I need and go to check out. Did you know the first thing this cashier/store manager is saying to me? I know you try to do this deal yesterday and it didn’t work right? I was shock and responses back nicely(no) and she said(I saw you, maybe someone or your sister came yesterday) and she told me that I can’t use manufacturer coupons with cvs coupons because it’s exceed the amount, which it was not exceed the amount after coupons and paid with extra care still have to pay $ 5 something. She also showed me the screen that the system was highlight in yellow that it wasn’t accepting the extra care coupon. So I told her that ts okay, just cancel the mascara transaction and will call the corporate office to ask about this because I think the informatuon she is given is not correct. I walked to the pharmacy and ask, if there any other employees or cashier who have better communication skill who can explain to me, as I am at the pharmacy asking she were talking about my case to other customers, I am not sure if she have any respect for other people or not, or it maybe just me, but she could at least wait until i left the store. finally, bought shampoos and left feeling unhappy that cvs is getting worse with their customer services. Also, I am blaming the lack of training of this particular store manager. Store cashier should at least have some basic math kills to add few numbers(using calculator) and basic reading funamental.

The pharmacy staff here is incompetent. I spoke to the same woman twice who told me she would be sending my prescription to a different cvs. After waiting an hour it turns out she just cancels it and does not send it anywhere. Awesomee

If it wasn’t for convenience, i’d probably never go in a CVS, you can usually find the same items cheaper elsewhere(*cough* Target *cough*). Anyway, I stopped in and was out fast for my needs

This review is mainly for the LACK of security for their staff! This CVS is next to my favorite beauty supply Linda’s and I ran in here for ATG’s special Iron that only CVS carries, I had no problem finding it, I actually found it within 2 minutes of being in the store. There was only 2 older female cashiers working and one went in a side room while the other rung me up. After I got run up, I went to go play lotto at the vending machine and an alarm went off, it went off for quite a while before ANYONE noticed! Someone set off the back door alarm but no one knew for at least 5 minutes. Finally, one of the cashiers ran out the door screaming down the aisles, yet where is management? Why didn’t they see being set off? If the cashier is supposed to be stationed in the front of the store at all times how is she supposed to know anything about the back alarm being set off? They took so long to notice the alarm going off, that whoever set the alarm off had more than enough time to get away! –_– My mom & I got out of dodge real QUICK! There was no security guards or management which was not cool if something bad went down! CVS your a TRILLIONBILLIONDOLLARCOMPANY! You can’t get the proper staffing in your stores!!! –__–

Every time I visit this CVS I swear I’ll never return. With their small selection of products, always being out of sale items, and the way they treat their customers, I always feel anxious to leave and shop elsewhere. Whenever you walk in the cosmetics department a loud *BEEP* goes off. Every few feet you walk, especially around the displays up front, *BEEP* *BEEP.* I’m scared to move an inch because I don’t want to set off the chime again. Another thing is they put big security stickers on their products — one with their address on it and another round one that looks like a circuit. They must really have a bad problem with theft. I wouldn’t mind so much except the stickers won’t come off your item once you get home. I’ve tried scraping, Goop Off etc. and they won’t budge or I damage the product I bought *sigh* The store’s fear of theft brings to mind another problem. Whenever I go to use the price scanner, which is by the registers, the employees stare at you and watch you like a hawk. It makes me feel really uncomfortable. And if you have use the scanner more than once they give you really weird looks. I’m sorry, CVS, but most of your promo items don’t have any price on the display and I’m not going to just buy something without knowing how much it costs. Many of the times I’ve visited they have only one cashier and a really big line. Sometimes I see other employees walking around up front but they never bother to get on a register, even if it is busy. I find this kind of rude. I kind of wish they had that«Three’s a crowd» rule like they used to at Lucky grocery stores. I hate to be so negative. I really do love CVS. I’ve encountered many kind employees and gotten great deals at their stores. I just I wouldn’t suggest going to this particular location.

The staff members are amazing. Everyone is very polite. I don’t know why this store is even being underrated. Manager’s great. I’ve been to this stores years back, and it has never been this organized and well displayed. kudos to this store for its upbringing!

This isn’t my CVS of choice, but seeing as how it’s probably one of the closer ones to my location I find myself here every now and again. The store just seems so unorganized and cluttered. There’s items EVERYWHERE. It’s hard to find what I’m looking for at times. It doesn’t help that there are no workers around to help you if you need it. There always seems to be one cashier and that’s about it. The lines do get pretty long at times and can get frustrating. Especially if you were only there to pick up one or two items. There was also once occasion when I was ready to pay and had put my items on the counter and the cashier just looked at me like«what do you want me to do?» Seriously?! Ugh. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location. I’d recommend the CVS on Harbor and Bastanchury instead. At least they have self checkout and the store in general looks cleaner.
