History

Established in 2010.

After interning for a local interior design firm, I was hired on as a receptionist and later design assistant in Fullerton while also working for Pottery Barn doing visual merchandising. I studied at Interior Designer’s Institute in Newport Beach before getting hired on as in-​house designer for a rad independent furniture store in Brea called City Life Home Furnishings and spent 5 years there. I have a background in both traditional and contemporary styles (but let’s just make our own!).

I never had a moment growing up when I didn’t know what I wanted to be. Passionate from a very young age, I love all types of design and architecture. Some favorite inspirations are Cliff May, Charles and Henry Greene, Charles and Ray Eames, Kelly Wherstler, Emily Henderson, and any California Ranch style home. I love challenges and buildings with history so I have a soft spot for projects in vintage homes. I really enjoy mixing styles; modern, traditional, vintage (who says you have to pick one?), and making them flow together effortlessly while staying true to the style of the house. I never like to repeat a design so I never fall in a design «rut». Every space is a story and I like just want to tell them all.
