Horrible costumer service! Lady at the front is rude and unwelcoming. Below average service Would not recommend this place to anyone! Look elsewhere

No muss, no fuss, but I want some fuss and pampering when I get beauty treatments. They did a good job, though. I got my brows threaded and my legs waxed.

Had to write a second review because this place is just that good. I now drive from Huntington Beach and I think the word is spreading about the awesome girls because there is always a wait. I tried a brow bar closeby to my new place but they only clean up my brow, and no one really shapes the brow like these ladies do. Jeena is still my favorite and just the best — she’s quick, precise, and has a steady hand. She can thread my lip and I barely flinch anymore. Love it! I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Jeena, I love you. You have successfully tamed my eyebrows, they are no longer distant cousins/​frenemies with each other, they are twinsies!

My eyebrows are decent, the front lady was kind of rude and just came on here and saw there was a happy hour and I was charged full price

I usually go to a Ziba back home but since it’s so expensive and this was pretty close to campus, I thought I’d give this place a try.
Brow mantra did not disappoint! The place was very clean and service was fast and friendly. I used my check in offer for $ 2 off! $ 9 for brows so I only paid $ 7. It’s a cheaper alternative for Ziba! I told the lady I didn’t want my brows too thin, and she did a really great job cleaning it up. I like the aloe lotion they put on afterwards

Wasn’t too impressed here… the lady who did my eyebrows (Sara) didn’t speak English very well, my brows look alright I really don’t know if I would come here again

They brought back HAPPY HOUR! It’s Monday — Wednesday from 1pm — 4pm!!! The price is either $ 7 or $ 8!

Amazing and affordable just walked in and by luck someone was free to do my eyebrows, I had a mishap (went to a hole in the wall nail salon and got them done…)and part of my arch was missing so I had to let them grow out into full caterpillar glory and they chiseled them into perfection

Amazing place and amazing staff. It could get busy sometimes so make sure to make an appointment prior. Sara is the best! She got my eyebrows to the shape and thickness that I wanted. It took a few weeks cause I had to wait to grow it out but the finished product was amazing !

My fiancée and I stopped by as a last minute thing. This place is quite a bit closer and slightly cheaper than the place we normally go, which is very nice. The staff is friendly, but we both felt like they could have done a better job with the hair removal. My fiancée thought her eyebrows were a bit uneven, which I didn’t really notice until she said something about it and had me study them. My eyebrows were reasonably symmetrical, but there were lots of stray hairs that I had to go back and pluck with tweezers. They did come out pretty natural looking, which was nice, but I feel like I should not have had to do the touch-​up work.

LOVE this spot been coming here since it opened. I moved to Costa mesa and drive to Fullerton JUST to get then DONE! I have been going with Geena and she does a great job! Love the little message that she does after she threads my eyebrows! I used to go to Zibas in Costa Mesa. Now I drive to this spot! Geena is the BEST! Love that its clean and friendly! Only thing is you better make a appointment for Geena because she gets booked! Also wish they had more parking. Other then that can’t complain!

A year or two ago I was new to the area, and looking for a place to get my eyebrows done. Based on the Unilocal reviews, Brow Mantra seemed like a good choice.
When I came, the place was really busy, which I took to be a good sign. The overall threading experience was fine, nothing memorable. They did a decent job and it was cheap.
When it came time to paying I paid with my credit card, and added a 20% tip. I gave it back to the girl ringing me up and she asked if I was «sure», implying that it wasn’t enough. My initial reaction was confusion. Was she suggesting that I calculated something wrong? I took a look, and no, it was calculated correctly at 20%.
There were two things wrong with this situation. One, she said it in front of everyone, so that was embarrassing. Two, she had the audacity to ask if that was what I wanted to tip, as if she had the right to do so. Who does that? I can tip however much I want. It’s a tip for a reason. I left embarrassed and angry, never to return again.

I’ve only been here a couple times.
The first time Dipti (spelling?) did my eyebrows. She was very sweet and did my brows perfectly. I asked her to just get the strays and to keep the thickness. she did!
The second time I got Dipti again (not by request). I was happy with this because she did them great the first time. Second time was a charm again!
Third time I requested Dipti because I knew she would do great. guess what? She nailed it again.
The woman at the front desk is very kind as well. I haven’t been to any of the other ladies, but judging by the customers who leave the shop. they’re pretty good too!
All in all, I suggest requesting Dipti. she’s the best and does exactly what you tell her.
I’ve also never waited more than 5 minutes to get serviced, and Dipti takes literally 3 minutes for eyebrows. She’s the best.

So today was my first time here. When I first walked in I was a bit disappointed on the interior design. I moved to Anaheim from Tustin & I guess I’m used to my old thready place; water fountain, chandelier, flowers, gorgeous vanities, expensive looking black leather recliners BUT the reviews made me feel at ease. I waited for about 10 minutes.
I got my eyebrows/​lip threaded by Mary. She was fast which had me worried the entire time. I kept wondering if she was even being careful not to ruin my eyebrows but my eyebrows actually look nice. She was also fast on my upper lip (ouch!) but at least it wasn’t a long dreadful thread. Mary did have a heavy-​hand; the entire threading experience felt heavy with pressure. I wasn’t a fan of that. Overall, my brows look nice, I can’t complain.
The place looked clean at first but the floor was filthy. I took my 4 year old son with me & the receptionist was so nice to him. She gave him a 3 piece car set & he was thrilled! Of course being a boy, he opened them right away & started playing on the floor. Once I was ready to go I got a glance of his hands & they was black!!! Besides the floor everything looked clean.
I’ll come back here for sure but if I happen to be in Tustin I think I rather go to my old spot… I am used to it too, I’ve been going there for 10 years, so maybe that’s why I felt disappointed about the interior design.

After much internal debate, I give Brow Mantra in Fullerton, CA 3.5 stars. For Unilocal purposes, rather than rounding up I am keeping it at a solid 3. I’ve been coming here for at least 4 years now and after trying multiple threading salons in Cerritos, San Marcos, and Fullerton, I keep coming back here to get my eyebrows threaded. Why? Myriad reasons: location in proximity to me, loyalty card, cleanliness of store. Do note that they get rather busy during peak hours, which seem to be morning to early afternoon), so anticipate minimal to just under an hour waiting time at the worst.
For eyebrow threading, I have never requested someone by name and it has not failed me terribly yet. They do though, without fail, consistently comment on my sparse eyebrows. Sorry not sorry I am not Indian and do not have a full set of brows! So my ego is hurt for about 1 millisecond, I get over it, get my brows threaded, and receive stamps on my loyalty card.
Same goes for lip threading. Wee bit more painful compared to brow threading, but I usually tack it on. For the loyalty card, 5 brow threading trips equate to 1 free lip threading, and 10 brow threading trips equate to 1 free brow threading!
Recently, I experienced their Brazilian as a walk-​in. They did not oblige, were accommodating, and I did not have to wait at all. No complaints about the waxing job itself. While the lady knew what she was doing and was friendly, I do admit it was not the most spectacular waxing experience I have had. It is hard to put my finger on it, but I guess it comes down to level of comfort and putting the customer completely at ease, and something — just something — was missing.
