Betty, Regina and Leland at Betty and Associates were absolutely wonderful in helping me and my family find the right home for us. Initially, when I was looking for a real estate agent, I wanted to go with only the best in Fullerton. After doing my due diligence and also seeing that almost every home for sale in the area I was interested in was listed by Betty and Associates, it was clear to me who I wanted as my agent.
They took the time to understand the type of home I was specifically looking for. Even though there were none on the market at the time, they were very pro-​active in their search. Their network and relationships are so extensive from being the top agent for so many years, they know almost every homeowner personally in the Raymond Hills area. They already know those who may be interested in selling their home in the future, which is invaluable as a buyer.
Once we found the right home, the entire process and experience, from negotiations to closing escrow, went impressively well. No one comes close to their professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and sincerity. We have been in our home for a little over a year now and are forever grateful for Betty and her team for finding our perfect home. They are as good as it gets.
