Unreliable is my unfortunate review. I was really counting on Ben to help me with my Pacific Spa. I called him, he seemed nice, and he promised me he would come out to help me fix my spa and replace my jets. We made an appointment a week prior. But he didnt show or call me with a suggested time. I also called earlier in the week to ask if he could help me order jets prior to his arrival on Saturday to get the parts and tub working as soon as possible. He promised me he would call back that day and never did.
Now after losing trust and time, I have to find another spa repair person. Very frustrating when people get your hopes up and waste your time!
I cannot recommend this service!

I have to give Ben 5 stars. I called him and told him I wanted him to come out today! He agreed and took some information about my Pentair pump (my pump stopped working)
He came out in a couple of hours and told me that it wasn’t the pump at all (it would have cost me $ 425.00) Instead he said it was my auto timer had a bad switch, he replaced it all and charged me $ 195.00. I think Ben could have got me for a pump and timer and I would have gotten taken!
Good honest guy! Ben I’m now a customer for my future needs.
