I went in this nail salon to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. First off let me start by saying I was rushed into the chair the pedicure was rushed maybe about like 10 minutes, I was not happy with that. I wanted a selection of nail colors the lady who was doing my pedicure said «you get blue» look nice on you, I told her NO that’s not what I want. «She said why? Because that is not what I wanted… I told her you don’t have any other colors? She said she only had like 5 or 6. Mind you when I first walked through the door she had just got done doing someone else’s nails that were the color blue and went straight from her to me. Honestly I do not even know if her nail tools were sanitized before she used them on me. They had no nail polish selection. I was so mad. The place was dirty. Liked they never cleaned in years. The prices were ridiculously high, she charged me $ 43 bucks for everything. Really what do they do with their money. They don’t invest in anything at their shop. This was my first time going here and it totally sucked ass. They are not professional at all. Everything was rushed I will not be going here ever again! The nail place I was going to before was way better than this crappy place. What a rip off! They are lucky I’m a nice person for even tipping them. Do not go here ladies it is very dirty and they do not sanitize any nail tools or clean anything. I was not a happy customer! I also hated the fact that they charged for a cuticle cut for my gel manicure.

Negative stars! They don’t deserve one! Unfortunately you have to select one or not post.
This place is an absolute joke. I asked for a gel manicure. What I got and paid for was a gel color change. I’m so upset I wasted my time and money. When I asked if they don’t cut cuticles with a manicure the useless girl at the counter said oh she didn’t charge you for that. Well thank you for a $ 20 gel color change, no lotion, no cuticle cut, nothing. And to top it off she didn’t even take off all of my original gel I had that’s still there showing through. What a mess. Lesson learned, I’ll never waste my money there again.

This place is seriously the worst place to go get your nails done or anything honestly. I came in a couple minutes ago to get two nails fix, i had to get clear plolish cause they didn’t have the color i wanted. I dont think it should hurt when you get acrylic nails on right? Well while the man was doing my nails all i felt was pain. He wasn’t even gentle. He cut me and just giggled and said sorry. Wtf is that, it still hurts, my nails still hurt. I can’t even touch my nails without feeling a burning sensation. I will never come here again, screw this place and the man that did my nails!

The worst experience i have ever had at a nail salon. I would give negative stars. I had gone here a few months back and ever since then I still think back to how horrible it was and i wanted to post a review. dont come here.
my boyfriend and i were in the area and stopped by, i wanted a french gel manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was really fast and she barely did anything. Gave me a 30 second foot massage and that was it.
now onto the manicure. I still get riled up when i think about it. So the girl starts doing my nails, and i wanted a french gel manicure, and one of my nails is a little messed up from a childhood injury, but have gotten my nails done before at many places and it is always fine. The girl while doing it started talking in her native language to another girl and started making like a claw movement with her finger to the other lady and laughing, mocking my nail. I was so appalled, never have i experienced someone ever doing that, especially someone im paying to do my nails. Ok i let it go, and she began doing the white on the nails, and i kept telling her they were uneven and she just kept going. SHe had this irritated face and you could tell she was annoyed. She did the gel so bad. It was all under my nails and had hardened from the uv machine, and the under of my nails were all stuck to my finger. Towards the end this lady gave me a final grand finale, and i told her i wanted her to round my nails and file them a little. And she didnt know what i was saying, i was trying my best to explain to her and she was just like ‘ok ok’ and started filing it a little and then showed me. I kept saying i wanted them round, as in the shape of the nail, and even told the other girl which looked like the manager and she didnt say anything and walked to the back. When the girl attempted at rounding my nails again, she literally threw my hands at me for me to look at it. I was so astonished, and then she threw all the tools on the table and started cleaning up the station, and didnt even give me a massage and said ’30 dollars’. Do not come here.
Literally the worst experience EVER. do NOT come here. so unprofessional and rude. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME

Ask for Tracy when you come here! She’s super sweet and does a perfect job on gel. For all the reviews saying that the ladies who work here don’t talk to them, thank goodness they don’t. I HATE going somewhere to RELAX and instead have to make small talk with someone. The ladies will talk to you if you decide you want to talk to them, otherwise they’ll leave you alone.
Prices here are excellent, especially compared to the salons near my house in Irvine.
I would, however, mention that the man who works here does a really poor job. The two times he did my gel color, it wrinkled? I don’t even know how that happens.

I have been coming here since they opened the quality and cleanliness has gone down. The chairs are getting old and uncomfortable. They need to take pride in their work and spend some time cleaning instead of lounging around when they are slow. I keep coming because I am comfortable with the people bit not really happy. I will start looking for a new place.

I’m very disappointed with the manner of the guy in the salon. I asked for a basic manicure he was rude and i could tell irritated that i wasn’t having more done. He chopped my nails down when i asked for a trim only! Then was upset at me for accidentally getting polish on his finger! Horrible manicure, even worse customer service! Never going back there!

Omg! Where to start… I’ve been coming to this salon for 5 years now and my girl Tina has been doing a phenomenal job on my hands and toes. I recently got in an accident causing my foot to get run over and my toe nails turning black from all the pressure resulting in my toe nails falling off and just recently after 3 months they have fully grown back (thank god) so to celebrate I thought it was time to get them done by Tina with her magic. I walk in and the same people are there (watching soap operas off their iPads) the ladies told the man (manicurist) to take care of me while they watched their show long story short the man was so rude!!! Making the ugliest face looking at my foot (it’s healed up and left a nasty scar why be rude about that) the language barrier was what killed it. I’m a very patient person and i slowly told him «No foot scrub because my doctor gives me medication to apply on my foot» guess freaking what?! He applied the scrub. After that I decided to let him do my nails (idk why I guess I had extra time to kill) he yelled at me twice! Once for not paying attention to him and the other because I answered my phone (it was my mom wth) so anyways not to add after he was done with my toes he made me walk barefoot in the salon to his station. I’m not going to lie I was so furious and he knew that so he had me sit in a chair with wheels and wheeled me to his station. The entire time I knew he was talking to me to the ladies. HE GOSSIPED MORE THAN THEM AND HES A MAN!!! Anyways don’t don’t don’t go to the man at azure! Azure has changed since Tina left. It’s my mission in life to find where she is working!
*fun fact: Tina looks like my mother in law so I guess I always see her lol

I only briefly just glanced at the reviews and am not surprised by what I read because i’m about to say the same thing.
Before I write my review, I just wanted to say this: In summation most of the complaints from what I can see is about the employees only speaking in Vietnamese, and being Vietnamese myself, they never seem to guess that I might understand them. It’s just as bad as you think.
They didn’t bother even asking me my background, which I always find amusing. I barely walked in to get cold shouldered when I said I only wanted a basic manicure. I don’t do my nails often enough to do Gel nails which requires maintenance because the polish is difficult to take off yourself without doing damage to your nails. They try to get away with this so they can rake you into coming back constantly. I really only came in because I don’t know how to cut my own cuticles so I might as well have somebody else do them properly for me. The moment they knew I was just doing a basic manicure they quickly rolled their eyes and the lady that ended up doing my nails was complaining in Vietnamese how tedious the job was getting and how basically «Americans» are so cheap these days.
Whether or not I look Asian is up to your interpretation if you ever met me, but mostly people assume I am Chinese, Korean, or Japanese. So as I listened on, I noted that she barely spoke to me in English, did more talking to the other employees. She even spoke to herself and mumbled and complained a lot. When a customer came in wanting to do a pedicure, the lady that did my nails said that the other employee taking care of her was lucky because he was making more money for his time than she was. She then told everybody that she was going home after doing my nails because the day sucked and was a waste of her time.
The guy employee completely misunderstood what his customer was asking him and made a point to laugh at her remark and joke around to the others in Vietnamese which kinda irritated his client. It’s not really worth mentioning but I chalk it up to his poor english and even poorer manners. I always notice that most of these salons will have some people with no care for how others feel at all and really degrade and bring down the business. There will always be some that can redeem the place, but it’s a battle of weeding out someone worth coming back to.
The lady that did my nails did an okay job but I’m definitely not coming back there. She even had the nerve to say in Vietnamese that I’d better not complain about my nails looking uneven or else.
I’m not going to ding her for saying that because several of my nails were broken so it’s hard to cut them down to the exact height so there will definitely be some unevenness. Still, that being said, I hope this gives some insight into the sloppy care and that yes, the rude behaviors are definitely more uncalled for then you know.

so iv been coming here for years, i guess i keep coming because its close and they are already use to me… but this is for all who havent and have thought of coming to azure nail & spa…
positives!!!
1. the location is great, burlington, dollar tree, g stage, best buy and lots of other restaurants arnd,
2. parking is good,.
3. there are always many chairs available, so wait time is mostly 0−10min.
4. they accept debit/​credit cards with no additional fee…
noooww here are the negatives…
1. theres flying little bugs all over, as if they kept spoiled fruit around…
2. major language barrier, they speak vietnamese non-​stop… to each-​other, with me, even by themselves… it can be very irritating and i always hold back from yelling at them,
3. they dont have alot of selection, nor do they have a specialty, basically polish, pedi, mani and gel…

The first time I came here was about 3 years ago. I remember the experience being great so I decided to treat my mom to a spa pedicure for mother’s day.
I was fairly disappointed. The ladies are SO rude. They talk soo loud in their Vietnamese language. It gets obnoxious after about 20 minutes. One lady fed the other while she was doing my mom’s toes. So unprofessional! All they know how to say is «fi dollla mo» for any additional service you ask for (design, french tip, etc).
Ended up paying about $ 40 for a French tip «deluxe» pedicure. While the work might’ve been decent, the overall experience is far from being relaxing and professional. They are all anti-​social and rude. Can’t stress that enough. Go elsewhere for an enjoyable experience!

I just left this place and will never go back!
1. There color selection was awful!
2. The ladies doing our pedicures did not say a word to us. Instead they talked to each other the entire time. I left there with a headache.
3. They did a crappy job at the services. The massage lasted about 30 seconds, or as long as it took for her to just lotion up my legs and feet.
4. The place itself was dirty. There were flies flying around us and even landing on my leg.
Worst place and service! Save your money! Definitely not worth the $ 15 they charge.

NEVER AGAIN only reason I gave one star is because none wasnt an option. This is the worst salon ever!!! Rude people don’t talk to you just laugh amongst themselves and speak their language. Felt uncomforable instead of relaxed the whole time. The pedicure want up to par either :/​I hate waring my hard earned money

Never again! Don’t waste your time or money! Usually after a pedicure your toes feel fresh and clean. I did not get that feeling here. I should have walked out. Very unclean environment. My pedicure was done terribly and in 15mins. My feet soaked for 2mins before the guy began working on them. Reused the hand gloves. The towels were old and falling apart. floors were dirty and the nail polish selection was probably the same since they opened up the place. I did not receive a thorough pedicure here. WORST EXPERIENCE!

This place is absolutely terrible. I got a pedicure (if you can call it that) that was literally 10 minutes with no scrub, stone, massage or lotion. My nails were all clipped uneven and short. Worst of all the paint was smeared and messed up shortly after leaving. Absolutely not worth the money. Devastating.

Will not come here again. My Pedi was done in about 10 min and gel was done in 5. The older lady did my nails and she was so sloppy. She polished outside my nails and didn’t fix It. I would have done a better job myself. I did however like the male (who happens to be the only worker there who doesn’t gossip with the rest of them… perhaps why he did a better job !) he did my nieces nails and turned out very nice. If I ever do go back, he will né the only one who touches my nails at this place !

I used to come here all the time, but after my last experience i will not. Tracy seems to be the only person in this place who knows what she is doing. She is great with Gel, and customer service.

But if you want a mani and pedi and are looking forward to a minimum of a1 FULL minute of massage, don’t count on it.
Everytime I go here, I have to ask them to apply a base coat. REALLY, you can’t do that yourself. i hate it when i have to ask that at a nail salon.
The last visit, was this one skinny, loud girl with a pony tail. It seems like she has regulars who frequent her often, and UNFORTUNATELY to my luck, she was doing my manicure when her regular walked in. So after my 30 second massage and when i asked her for the base coat, and to clean up some nail polish that got on my thumb she throws me attitude because she wanted to get to her regular. After she cleaned it up, she looks at me not smiling «WHAT ELSE?» Geez… I am paying, so please leave your attitude behind.
I wasn’t completely sold on this place before, and after this last visit I’m really not sold. I tried for 5 months and sucks that it didn’t work out. :(oh well… on to the next one.

Tracy did my first gel coating, I tried the french tips for gel but she wasn’t sure if it was going to last that long, and told me to come back if they chipped. Sadly they chipped within 2 days
I called her back and i came in a few days after. I got them re-​done in a peachy color, they look great!
Tracy was really nice and redone them free of charge. Great customer service!
Prices were really cheap for a college student also.
