History

Established in 2001.

Former law enforcement officer, Lamb Lambert, has been training dogs since the late 70’s — see articles on website — train working dogs in narcotics, explosives and cell phones. Mr. Lambert introduced cell phone detection dogs into the U.S. in 2007 and opened a one of a kind indoor-​outdoor K9 detection training facility in the same year. In Nov of 2009 opened to the public to conduct obedience training, and boasting just under 200 happy clients in the Drop N Go Program and Boarding & Training Program during the first year.

Mr. Lambert closed the training facility in January of 2013, to «bring some balance back to our professional and personal lives». «We now enjoy coming to the home to train and often see past clients during special events».

We are DEA and ATF licensed, and are CA certified evaluators and trainers.

Trained the first six cell phone detection teams in the U.S. for the Virginia Dept of Corrections.

Actively engaged in Dog Obedience and Behavioral Training. We give monthly free group training tips and agility as our give-​back to those who rescue dogs and as a reinforcement for our clients.

Lamb and Sharron are very experienced and professional trainers, yet they are also kind and sincere. Our dog, Scout has had some behavioral issues that we were concerned with, and Lamb & Sharron were able to help us feel confident enough to be consistent with some good suggestions they had on how to keep Scout’s attention and hold his focus. We enjoyed the training sessions and it is good that they include all of the family members so everyone can be on the same page. Our dog was 16 months when we started the training, and very smart, but we needed the training and support to get his training to the next level. We recommend them and had a very positive experience. The most important thing to remember is that there is no magical solution to any behavioral problems. You must have the time to work with your dog daily for any training program to be successful. Don’t forget to try the monthly agility training sessions! They are lots of fun, and both you and your dog will love it!

Lamb and his wife Sharron are the best. Not only in teaching YOU the skills to succeed in making your dog a better canine but they truly care and want you and your dog to succeed. They are patient and very encouraging (no many how many time i screwed up… LOL)
my year old akita rescue was very dog aggressive. we still have a some more work to do but the skills I was taught and use everyday have really improved my dogs behavior (as well as my own when dealing with the issue).
They are also two of the kindest, most down-​to-​earth people you’ll meet.
My dog and I really look forward to their once a month agility get– to-​together.

I have a just turned 1 year old female German Shepard named «Jinx» whom was a hassle to take walking. Constantly digging holes and would try to bolt out of my yard one the gate was open. My family and I did not know what to do and thought we were doing something wrong.
Lamb and Sharron are one of the most caring trainers I have meet. Since the first day we started our training a huge change came about. Lambs firm yet loving guidance complimenting Sharron’s sweet praises and consistency, our «Jinx» is a sweet loving obedient dog. My 7 year old son whom before would get dragged around like a rag doll is able to take her for family strolls in the park.
With Lamb’s and Sharron’s busy schedule, the fact that they made time for us tells me that this couple loves what they do and loves to help strangers become part of their family.
I look forward to more interaction with them on and off the leash.

All States K-​9 has been the best decision I’ve ever made for my Oliver.
Oliver was a handful before we met Sharron and Lamb. He way too hyper, stubborn, out of control, aggressive, and would bounce off the walls (and off people). Training was way overdue. I called multiple trainers around my area; unfortunately, one trainer was going to charge me over $ 1,000 and the other refused to train my dog if there was another untrained dog living in the house. Then I found All States on Unilocal and called them right away. They have glowing reviews, training at a great price, and told me that it wouldn’t be a problem to train my dog!
Sharron and Lamb are the sweetest and kindest people I have ever met. They truly love your dog as one of their own and treat you as family! They go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your training. Oliver and I have learned so much from them. He is more attentive and cooperative with me, as well as I am more understanding of how to handle my dog. They’ve taught me much more than I ever expected!
The fellow owners and dogs that have been trained with All States are so nice and supportive! Oliver recently graduated a couple weeks ago, so while he’s still working on his behavior, they understand how it was when they first started and encourage me that everything gets better with time and practice.
I highly recommend All States K-​9 for anyone who is looking for a great trainer!!!

As the owner of a very stubborn 1 year old Border Collie, in a home with 3 other dogs and 4 people, it was very important to me to get him training. But between the time I signed Tucker up for training and the time the training was to begin, I lost my job. I was very hesitant to spend money at a time when I wasn’t sure what was around the corner. But after discussing it with my husband, we decided the training was important. As the smartest dog in the house, Tucker had quickly become the pack leader and the last thing we needed was him teaching the others bad behavior.
From the first session, tucker understood that Lamb meant business! He learned his lessons and went on to win «most improved». Training his owners was not quite as easy! We definitely see the difference when we slack in our training. Repetition is key and like learning a foreign language, you must use it or lose it.
Lamb has assured us that now that we are part of the All States family, that any behavior issues that arise, we can give them a call and they will help us figure out the solution. Lamb even worked with one of our other dogs to help teach Tucker how to behave while walking with another dog. Sharon emailed a wonderful photographic record of our training each week.
My sincerest thanks go to Sharron and Lamb who are extremely professional and caring. I would highly recommend them!

Mr. Lambert and Sharron are great.
We made the decision to train our now 9 months old 85 lbs lab named Hershey and it has been without a doubt the best decision ever in regards to his training.
Mr. Lambert is patient, courteous, knowledgeable and straight to the point.
We have only completed the first six sessions but we are planning on doing six more and move on to off leash training, Hershey loves everyone but he really enjoys working with Mr. Lambert.
We have continued the training and followed Mr. Lambert’s training recommendations, we get complements all the time on how well behave our dog is, in great part this is due to the no nonsense training approach used by Mr. Lambert.
Along with the training we got something that no amount of money can buy. We got to meet of the greatest human beings we know, who are there for you whenever you need them, our family is very grateful for everything.

I can’t begin to put into words everything that Lamb and Sharron are to my family. They helped me gain respect from my baby, Lucky when everyone else had told me the past 5 years that he was too smart for my own good. And when we added a 12 year old female Boxer that was aggressive, they help bring back peace to our family. I can honestly say you’ll never meet two people who are more dedicated to helping you and your pooch. Lamb and Sharron are now apart of our family and I’ll be forever grateful to them.

Bella and I have fallen in love with Sharron and Lamb. I called All States right after I had one huge emotional meltdown after my brand new puppy (Bella) had gotten outside and ran into the streets. I had zero control of this precious energetic puppy; I couldn’t imagine she would ever see her first birthday because she was eating electrical wires, putting anything and everything in her mouth and she was so fast that I could not catch her when she ran out the front door. I have always had cats and Bella is my first dog, so clearly I was unprepared for «puppyhood».
I was so appreciative that Lamb and Sharron came the very next day and started to educate me on all things dog. It was seconds into their first visit that I realized that it was me who needed the training so much more than Bella! Both Lamb and Sharron have been there for me in my new parenting role and I am so grateful for all that they have done for this new puppy momma.

«Lamb» made me cry! He saved my dogs life! Seesmic was aggressive to people, big dogs, kids, small dogs and well you name it. I have been trying for years to help his aggressive attitude with no luck. Bad trainers made things worst. 1000 YouTube video’s at the least didn’t help. Finally I found my HERO Lamb!
My dog Seesmic changed within minutes of meeting Lamb. Lamb and Sharon are loving and wonderful people. He gives his time to the community of dog owners when there is no where else to go. I plan on taking his courses until I learn all the things I need to be a good dog mom!
I would recommend him to anyone who wants to loves their dog and wants the BEST trainer out there!

There is a reason they have a perfect rating.
To start, I am extremely protective of my dog so when it came time to get a trainer for her I was extremely picky. I called them for the consultation and thought lets give it a go. From the moment Lamb and Sharron pulled up I knew I had found the right people to work with. Lamb introduced himself to me and he asked if he could take the leash right away. My crazy, rambunctious girl who does nothing but pull, whine, and scream normally was immediately responding to him. My jaw hit the ground and I could not get the lessons booked fast enough. I loved that they focused on positive reinforcement rather than negative. I was never told to spank my dog (which I would not have done anyway). They took their time and helped me understand what I was doing wrong on teaching my girl how to act on the leash. I can now take her for a walk without feeling stressed out the entire time. I cannot thank them enough for how much they helped me. They are truly kind people and wonderful to work with!

I have an 80 lb. lovable lab named Layla, who turns into a fearful, aggressive beast when I take her for walks. Her personality changed for the worst when she was attacked by another dog at a dog park. At my house, she is the friendliest dog you could ever meet and loves everyone, even kids, but on walks she is afraid of people, noises, and everything. I stopped taking her for walks because I couldn’t control her anymore and was afraid that she would hurt another dog.
Lamb and Sharon are definitely dog experts. They give 100% of themselves to help dogs and their owners. Lamb and Sharon have helped me understand Layla’s negative issues and have helped me regain control of Layla. Walking Layla gets easier day by day because I now have the skills to prevent serious problems with other dogs before they occur.
Thank you Lamb and Sharon for giving me back my Good Layla. I have only known you for a short while, but we are family now. :)

I’ll keep this review short and simple. If you’re looking for a top quality, certified and credentialed dog trainer, look no further. Lamb and Sharon have the experience and expertise to help your dog overcome their issues. My German shepherd had problems with dog aggression, socialization, and pulling when walking on a leash. After the first session, Lamb was able to show us proper techniques to walk and redirect his attention. Lamb specializes in group training, but does one on one sessions if you request it. I preferred the group sessions that we had. It helped socialize my dog and showed Lamb the issues I had when my dog encountered others. Writing this review, I dont think I am going to do much but verify what has already been said by many before me. Sharron, Lamb and their very straight forward method of obedience training changed our lives.
My fiancé and I decided 2 months ago to adopt a 3 month old puppy from the OC shelter to keep our well trained 4 year old dog company during the work days. Who knew what we were thinking at the time, possibly some delusional thought that our 4 year old would somehow step up and teach this new puppy the ropes– manners, how to walk on a leash, not jump on the furniture, etc. Our delusion was soon crushed when we realized not only was that training not going to occur, but then our 4 year old would fall back on his basic training and become more of a puppy himself.
In came Sharron and Lamb– they gave my fiancé and I the confidence, skills, and tools to take back our household from our unruly dogs. Today, 6 weeks after one-​on-​one in-​house training, I have 2 of the most well behaved pups on the streets of fullerton. We as a family did invest many hours working on the skills that Lambs teaching provided us, so the lessons alone do not solve every problem. However, walks, practice and reinforcement of the training on a daily basis, has lead to ultimate success.
I could not be happier with my experience with All States K-​9 Dog training. I would recommend it to any and every dog owner. And to make the experience even more surreal, Sharron and Lamb are possibly the most caring and genuinely great people. They quickly welcome you into the All States family, and once you are in, you are there for good:) Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for my family and I, Sharron and Lamb– You are the Best!!!

Without the guidance from Lamb and Sharron, we would have a large, uncontrollable dog. With their help, we have a smart, well behaved, socialized addition to our family. I’d love to start off by saying that Sharron and Chief Lamb are wonderful people and have such a kind heart to people and of course animals. Thanks to them my puppy is well behaved and is obedient. I have a female 5 month old St Bernard named Nala, and we started her obedience training. She was absolutely cooperative! Sharron and Chief Lamb have told my family and myself many information on how to train her and take care of unwanted behaviors. Our problem with my puppy is of course, puppy behavior. As in chewing, barking, jumping, and stubborness. And yes, they have helped us with all the basics we need to know.
I highly recommend them. You’ll be thankful you hired them for your pup/​dog (:

Our relationship with Nala is much better. She is obedient, and we love her so so much. Thanks to the great advice and from them. I would’ve never known about this place thanks to Jo’el Ramirez. Meeting his very behaved and obedient dog made me want mine to be like his.

I have worked with Sharron and Lamb for over 3 years now. I find their dedication and commitment to training your dog unparalleled. Most importantly they train you how to handle the dog correctly and be a good pack leader.
Sharron and Lamb also support shelter animal adoption and have done fundraising and training for these forgotten animals, so they can have a second chance. Recently when a rescue animal became lost in a storm they went searching for the dog on their own volition, which eventually led to the dog’s return.
Do yourself a favor and schedule an introductory meeting with All States K-​9 Dog Training before you choose another trainer. You will find true dedication towards meeting you and your animal’s needs at a very reasonable fee making All States K9 Dog Training a great value and investment in your dog’s future.

I have to begin with a very simple fact: Lamb and Sharon are so genuine and have the utmost love and respect for dogs.
We got our new Rottweiler puppy a few months ago. A couple of weeks in, I was ready to find her a different home. I searched Unilocal for dog trainers and stumbled on All State K9. With such amazing reviews, I had to see what all the hype was about.
Lamb and Sharon came to our home for an evaluation. IMMEDIATELY our Luna was drawn to Lamb. Talk about having a connection with dogs! We signed up for the training course. Over the course of six weeks out Luna learned how to behave like an outstanding member of society. Luna has significantly improved in all areas! Obedience, door manners, jumping and nipping. She has had a 360 change in everything that was first pushing me to get rid of her. She’s so enjoyable to have around my family and children.
Lamb and Sharon are seriously the kindest people I have met. They are both so patient with the techniques that they teach not just your pet, but you personally. They took their time to instruct and correct any mistakes that were being made. That’s not the easiest thing to do with a puppy and two toddlers running after you. Because of Sharon and Lamb, Luna has become a solidified member of our family, not just a dog. She’s learned to behave around both adults, other dogs an children.
We love Sharon and Lamb just as much as we do our family. They will forever be a cemented part of our family.
I recommend All State K9 10 000% It’s not just hype. It’s a life changing experience as far as having a well behaved pet goes.
