Worst AAA around… Came here twice for dmv service and had to wait an hour each time… They have only one person in dmv services… Whittier location has about 5 – 8 people. Asked receptionist how long it would be, she said she would check, she never told me anything. Dumb as rocks… Go to another aaa even if you have to drive farther.

What can i say man, locked my keys in my car, 20 minutes later i was helped by a very nice gentleman named Ali-​Fox definitely reccommend this service. They were fast, and very friendly, 5 stars.

Had troubles with my car and had to have it towed. Juan was such a nice guy. He was professional and compassionate. Thanks AAA for employing such nice people.

Just moved into Orange County started going to the Harbor Bl auto club. People in this facility are very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that of the times we’ve been there the wait has been brief. We were there today getting our passport pics taken and the gentleman that took our pics his name was Lawrie. Nice as could be and very very helpful. Since we’re new to the area he gave us info on a few places to go visit. Lawrie, my husband & I will be back. Keep up the good work.

My truck was giving me some issues when I would turn it on, so I called for a tow. The driver Nick was very prompt and called me within a few minutes of getting off the phone with AAA services. Nick arrived with great timing and was friendly and understanding. I ended up not needed a tow because it was a simple fix! Nick was amazing and if anyone ever finds themselves stuck, Nick is the man to come to the rescue! My car lives another day :)

I’ve been a triple a member for many many years when I needed to use them today I walked in and I was treated like I walked into the DMV the customer service it’s awful didn’t used to be that way.

Dont use this office for travel!!! horrible customer service,. they dont listen to your requests. they book what they want and at the end costing you more money!

I had a great first experience here. I walked in at 4 to pay my DMV registration & was greeted & directed to a line where I waited 2 minutes & then was helped by Ashley who was super friendly & made my experience so easy & pleasant. She also informed me of all the perks of being a AAA member that I had no idea about. I was in the office for only 10 mins. I love that I can take care of everything here & get fast & friendly service.

I used to come here a lot because it’s the closest office to where I live but now I avoid it and will generally drive to their Anaheim Hills office. Seems like there is always a long wait here and it’s not because their crowded, seems to have more to do with staff who are trying to talk you into using their travel services (uh, thanks the Internet is my travel agent). Recently I was paying the tags on one of my vehicles and while the staff member was processing the paperwork and getting me my tags she was trying to talk me into taking some of their travel brochures, this despite the fact that I’d (nicely) made it clear that I wasn’t interested.

I walked in for travel and waited around for an hour and the guy was notified via email that we were there to see him. He just sat around shooting the breeze with members in his cubicle for the whole hour… he never once walked out to say, «I’ll be right with you.»
I received a call from Tory in insurance and I was threatened to get off the policy I was on. He said he would only give me 2 weeks and I would not have insurance. Once, I explained I didn’t have the money he then told me to go borrow the money, use a credit card, use a debit card… really?
Another guy told me that if 3 months go by I’m in the clear of not having to go off the policy I’m on at the moment and that AAA cannot audit me… wrong!
Ugh, tons of unethical, unprofessional, and not caring people who could give a rat’s about it’s members!

With this location it’s definitely hit or miss with the customer service. It’s a really big spacious office which is also conveniently open on Saturdays.
I love all the different services offered and use this place a lot for DMV, discounted tickets and vacation info. Of course also having the security of help with my car if something happened. The DMV service is great because I definitely love the convenience of just coming here and not dealing with the DMV office. They have a quick line for just paying registration to help moves things along.
With this particular location though I’ve had good and bad customer service incidents. Multiple times I’ve come in and they are short staffed and inform me ahead of time that wait is longer due to that. Also because of the short staffed issue I’ve been turned away when requesting trip ticks. They have told me no one can go it and I had to drive to another location. Some of the staff is also more pleasant than others.

I’ve never had an issue with this location. I’ve always been in and out within 10min. From DMV registration to membership renewal. Everyone’s been friendly too, so no complaints there. Guess it’s a hit or miss, so if it you haven’t been here yet, give it a try.

I purchased a vehicle I was leasing and needed to register it in California and transfer the title. The representative I spoke with the day before told me that this was not a problem and to go into the office and they will help me.
When I arrived they sat me down, heard my situation and told me they could not help me. When I said I spoke with someone on the phone the day before they spent their time investigating who spoke to me on the phone instead of helping me process a transaction they did not know how to do. The reason I am a AAA member is for DMV transactions on Saturday because I cannot make it to the DMV during the week. There’s no value to membership or customer service with this branch and I would avoid.

Got pp pics there in a jiffy. That was good. In and out within 10 minutes. Service is okay they do need to beef up the friendliness aspect of customer service.

Disappointing experience today using my «Premier» membership. Apparently, the map service provided with the paid membership does not include Route 66… really?!? I can already get most anywhere with my phone, even with Apple Maps. The iconic road that we actually need help with getting a map for and AAA says no. Asking to speak to management was no help. Thank The Good Lord for the internet.

This is the worst place for customer service. The workers are chatting with each other ignoring customers. There is only one person working line which is building up and no one even lifting a finger to help. One of the employees wouldn’t even help a lady begins of me. They are rude because she laughed at the customers. I’m ready to cancel my membership!

First off the hours are wrong on your Unilocal page. Second of all horrible customer service! I spoke to a lady on the phone and made an appointment for 5:30pm, she said to come in no problem. When I arrived the office was closed as of 5pm. Unbelievable!! why would you make an appointment with me for 5:30pm? The office was full of employees with a locked door. We rang the doorbell and no one even budged from their cubicles. I called on the phone and the lady said «I don’t know who told you that but we closed at 5pm and cannot help you.» Great customer service AAA. I drove 2 hours because you were one of the only offices open until 6pm. Not a happy customer!!!

There was barely a wait and the lady that helped us was fantastic!

Pretty much to sum it up the customer service was fantastic and that made the whole process in getting my «license plates» easy and fast. The dealership was supposed to send me new plates and they said they did which obviously they didn’t. I knew there would be a fee but the lady at the front saw that it wasn’t my fault so she waived it for me. So much more efficient and so much less stress than sitting at any DMV. I’m happy to have a membership with AAA and have this type of office close by.

Love the fast service. I’ve been a AAA member for four years now and I love having it because you don’t ever know when you need to use it.
I came into this location because I needed to get an International Drivers License. I walked right in and the front desk asked me what I needed and then gave me a clipboard to fill out a page of information.
After that I filled out the form. I waited a little bit of time and then a lady called me to her station which was numbered. I got a picture taken also there which was $ 8.00 but if your not a member I think it said $ 15.00.
The lady was very nice and it was such a quick process it only took about 20 minutes and also the the license is good for an entire year to many different countries. Safe travels !! ;)

AAA is one of the services you pay for which you hope you never have to use, kinda like paying for insurance but it’s actually better than insurance because it’s a lot cheaper.
I pay $ 47 per year … not bad because you just need to use it once and it’s all worth it. Let’s say you get a flat in the middle of the night on the freeway, you call AAA and they send someone out to change it for you. I had to use these services in the last couple of days … my brother’s car wouldn’t start. So I called, they came … once they said the cardholder had to be with the car and the other time they just did the work. I guess it depends on the tow truck driver and how strict they are with following the rules. Anyway… I’m writing about the AAA office in Fullerton not AAA services so here we go …
The Fullerton AAA office offers services like travel discounts and DMV services. Whenever I need to do a driver license renewal, registration or anything DMV related I go to a AAA office and it sure the heck beats dealing with DMV locations. I came here Friday morning right at 9:15a and the open at 9a. I must say that’s the best time to go because there’s no line and you’re greeted with service with a smile because it’s Friday and the day just began. The building is new and clean and there’s plenty of parking. I liked this location so much I even posted some pics …
So what did I come here for? First of all let me tell you, I didn’t have jack with me, I didn’t have my AAA card or my handicap placard, yup I said it … I got a handicap placard … don’t hate (you all know a good doctor). Anyway, when you get one it comes with a piece of paper that looks like registration that shows that the placard belongs to you and I lost mine. I was in and out within 30 minutes … talk about service!
FYI — I only use the placard in emergency situations only … and I determine if it’s an emergency
