So I am only giving them a star because I have to. Everyone that works in the CNAC office is rude, I have never had ANY person that works ANYWHERE talk to me like I am trying to steal my car from them until I had the displeasure of speaking with Melissa. They charged my mother-​in-​laws card automatically after she paid a payment for me that was awesome, mostly because their solution was «well why not just give her the $ 200 in cash instead of us crediting her money back» like she didn’t have her own bills to pay. I was never given the carfax though I asked for it multiple times, in the 5 months that I have had my car I have had to put it in their shop 3 separate times the last two times could’ve been once had the guy listed to me when I said I was pretty sure it was the fan and not the thermostat. Bottem line I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else, not even for the $ 100 they say they will give you for doing so.
