We don’t frequent IHOP, but we decided on this for breakfast because my 5 year old wanted pancakes. We are traveling. Our expectations were exceeded. Clean restaurant(incl bathrooms), excellent service, friendly staff, and the food was very good. Our server was Tiarre(hope I’m saying that right). She was great! Definitely a good experience and we would recommend it to anyone!

Deserves no stares because it was horrible. It was to cold, the food was just eggs sunny side up and toast with hash brown. The waitress took one hour to serve me a plate with just eggs that were cold because she let it sit there for and our. Also there were no silver were and two

Walked in and my husband said, «hello,» to two employees and no response. Prices a bit high, but food was good. Service was slow, but I would eat there again.

If I could leave less than one star I would. We arrived and sat down without and issue. 10:30 Placed our breakfast order scrambled eggs, omelette and pancakes, nothing out of the ordinary. 10:45 our waiter came over and apologized for the wait and stated that another server took our order and that he was having the kitchen make a replacement immediately. 11:00 another server was made aware of our issue and went to tell the manager 11:07 Still no food and no manger so we got up to leave as we are walking out the door a toothless man asks us if everything is ok, we said no and he said our food is the next ticket, no apology no offer to make it right and we left. I understand that mistakes like this can happen, but it cold have been handled much better especially from a manager.

Terrible service. What’s worst is that they only had one side open so they forced you too sit close with other customers on the open bench, where its 5 single tables. When asked about the other side, they merely said its not open today. Needless to say they lost us and 6 other customers. We took our talents to The Original Pancake House(2) miles away. Thank you IHOP, breakfast was great!!!

If you’ve eaten at one IHOP you’ve pretty much had the same food quality as in every IHOP, and what I’ve had here, being their Peach Sweet Cream Cheese Crepes isn’t any different. They weren’t the best of crepes, but on the other hand, not bad either. The only thing I like about this particular IHOP is that it’s generally never over crowded, the service I’ve experienced has been very good, and most impressionable to me is that fact that it appears brighter and cleaner, also more up to date in décor than most other IHOP restaurants; most of which I could only at best rate as being Two Stars.

Worst place to work or eat ever. Managers don’t seem to care about the customers or restaurant.

It was two of us and took about thirty minutes to get our food, we ordered just basic menu omelet. It seemed they were short staffed in the kitchen and wait staff was overwhelmed.

We were sat and waited for 5 minutes without anyone getting us a drink. So we left and tried the IHOP on South Federal highway. I have to say IHOP is consistent… Both locations have horrible service.

My experience was pleasant. I typically do not endorse chain restaurants but ihop is worth the visit. Not only do they serve breakfast all day, they also have a lite menu for health conscious diners. My omelet was filling and the buttermilk pancakes were delicious. If you want a good, hearty meal to satiate your appetite, i recommend this ihop. Bön appetite!

Worst service ever! Waitress was short and rude. When we asked her for something, she mumbled under her breathe that she was busy and«I’ll get it when I have time to get it.» Then my nephew asked her for whipped cream and she said«do you need it right now?» Are you kidding me. .she’s definitely in the wrong buainess. Got brown/black avocado on eggs… how did that even leave the kitxhen??? Then spoiled, yes spoiled fruit, on one of the plates. Just gross. The restaurant itself was dirty and dingy. Bad move, and we will never go back to that location. Btw… we are not tourists… experience from start to finish was ridiculous!

IHOP is IHOP. Nine times out of 10 you’re going to get exactly what you ordered in the past. Service is always okay when the food comes out close enough. I do wish they wouldn’t run a vacuum in the area while you’re eating. Not good. Tips… I always order my toast with butter on the side otherwise you’ll get nothing but soggy bread. If you ask they will warm up a cup of your favorite sauce for your pancakes. Bacon always comes out medium and I like my crispy so I ask and I get it. I like IHOP. It’s been around forever but it’s still a good solid breakfast for a price I find comparable to what I want to pay for breakfast. It’s certainly much better than the OB Breakfast House downtown which will rip you off for eggs you cannot get your way.

I also don’t understand why this location received such low stars. I have never experienced any bad service or bad food. I visit this location every once and awhile and the last time I grabbed my arms because it was extremely cold when we walked in. A server walking by asked if I was cold, I said yes. He told us «sit right here, it’s the warmest booth in the Restaurant«. Even the man at the next booth made a comment to the cashier about what great service that was. I think they are no better or worse than any other I hop.

TERRIBLESERVICE. GOTO A DIFFERENTIHOP. My boyfriend and I went in around noon on a Sunday. Probably about 15 or so people waiting to get on the list. The entire staff ignored all of us. Someone tried writing names down so people would be sat in the order they came and a lady grabbed it from his hands and told us «I will do that» and walked away. We waited another 5 to 10 minutes and decided to leave after she refused to make a waiting list.

The one star is for the nice waiter who I felt sorry for. He told us at 5:15 pm they would have to heat the grill up for our order– we said OK. 20 minutes later he comes back to the table and say — they just said it’s really going to be a while– but could not say how long– we said should we leave and he stood there. This place is a disaster– just don’t go.

I don’t know why the reviews are so poor for this particular IHOP. It’s like every other IHOP to me. Food was just as greasy as in other locations, at least the table didn’t feel all sticky from syrup, like at other locations. C’mon folks, this is not meant to be a gourmet experience, so don’t expect a $ 30, 5-star restaurant omelette. Unless you just don’t like IHOP at all — which is perfectly fine — I just don’t see why this particular location should have better or worse reviews than others, considering it’s a chain restaurant so all the menus and food preparation are standard. I did not find anything revolting that didn’t belong, like hair or bugs, in my food, I did not suffer any stomach issues after eating here, my omelette and pancakes were both warm enough, and service was as attentive as it could possibly be on a crowded Sunday morning. Perhaps things have gone downhill since I went there for breakfast on September 16th; otherwise, like I said, I don’t see why this particular location would warrant only 1 star.

Vacationing in the area and I really wanted pancakes. I know how inconsistent IHOPs can be. It turns out I shoulda took the bad reviews to heart and overruled my optimistic nature. First, shame on IHOP corporate. They need a quality system to measure the performance of their franchisees. Now, on to the franchisee. The poor waitress was running around trying to cover too many tables. The food came out cold, about 10 – 15 minutes after we ordered. The omelette was supposed to have cheese sauce and didn’t. The waitress said they stopped carrying cheese sauce a long time ago, citing«the customers didn’t like it». The carpet is old and worn out. And visibly dirty. The rest rooms were dirty. My conclusion: the franchise owner is milking the place and /or the manager is incompetent. My recommendations: try an IHOP in the area that has decent reviews.

Disaster place and service. Waited around 20min and finally someone came and asked what we would like to order. It took another 20min to bring us iced coffee and diet coke. Another 20 min to receive cold food and toast that had hair all over it. Terrible experience, never again.
