Rude hostess Cold food Slowest service in Florida. This place has it all. If you ever find yourself stuck in the Ft. Lauderdale airport do yourself a favor, tighten your belt and skip this place. It will leave you disappointed. If you are really really stuck and hungry do yourself a favor, skip this place and go to the newsstand and by some peanuts to hold you over. Did I say you’ll be dissapointed?

Where do I begin… I don’t know what was worse… the service or the food. Sat down and waited 20 minutes, and finally a random server came over(ended up not even serving us). She was rude, didn’t even introduce herself, and just said«what do you guys wanna eat?» How kind. We ordered one combo fajita to share with two people, and one cup of soup to start with. I ordered one side of rice/beans aka«cadillac style,» and she VERY rudely got nasty with me because I asked for one order and not two. Never been talked down to at a restaurant like that before. Especially when we were being nothing but kind to her, even with her taking 20 minutes to take our drink order. 10 minutes later another server takes over for our table, and he doesn’t introduce himself either. Who was our server?! We still don’t know! Anyway, I had ordered a cup a soup to start with and that was never brought to the table. I ordered two fajita fixin plates(i.e. Sour cream, cheese, etc.) and we only got one. We were NEVER checked on once the food was dropped off. Not even a «hey do you need anything?» Yes we needed napkins, because they didn’t give us any, but the server didn’t check on us. And the icing on the cake was the chicken in the fajitas was never stripped of the fat so it was literally rubber and you had to spit out half of the chicken. Sounds like I am being over dramatic, but I can’t make this up. I was a server for years and in fact a few years back I worked at a Chili’s in NJ. Our management held such high standards for us, and this restaurant should take some tips from the NJ one. In fact, if I wasn’t to greet a table with in 2 minutes, I could have been written up. Sounds silly but holding your staff to high standards is what keeps people coming back. Anyway, I do not recommend this Chili’s in the airport. The staff is nasty, unprofessional, and unqualified to say the least. Just to think, they could be making such amazing tips if they actually tried. And the food sucked. Go elsewhere. Maybe Pei Wei in the airport. End rant.

Not good. Took forever to get our food. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Server was unprofessional and rude.

Horrible place. Had to wait despite a lot of empty tables, service was slow and with my food finally arrived it wasn’t what I ordered! In fact, even my wrong order didn’t have all the items it was supposed to have! Lastly, and worst of all, one of the employees walk by coughing without covering her mouth. Truly disgusting! Recommend you steer clear of this place and go somewhere else! I would give it to zero stars if I could!

The avocado chicken burger was delicious. The service is slow, the tables are wonky but probably one of the better meals before the flight at this airport. Beggars can’t be choosers. Value 3⁄5 Atmosphere 2⁄5 Service 2⁄5 Quality 4⁄5 11⁄20

Oof. Not great. It’s the only choice for sit-down dining when you’re in Terminal 3, so they kind of have a monopoly. I waited about 10 minutes for a table for one. When I sat down, a waitress barely stopped by my table to brusquely ask what I’d like to drink. When I answered just ice water, she immediately ran off. She stopped by my table two other times, looked at me, and then said«ice water, right». Took another 15 minutes to actually get that water. Once I had it, it was never refilled. The food came rather quickly, comparatively. I ordered the Grilled Fish Tacos($ 11.32). They looked pretty appealing when they arrived, but upon biting into them they were painfully mediocre. The flour tortillas were cold. The sauce smothering the fish was weirdly sweet. The rice and beans that came with the tacos were totally bland. I ended up emptying the contents of the tortillas into the rice, adding some beans and discarding the tortillas altogether, creating instead a passable burrito bowl. It was still just meh. I sat at my table for a long time after finishing, with no sign of the waitress or the check. Not great when my plane was boarding in 15 minutes. I’d take a hard pass on this one in the future.

My friend and I ordered salsa and chips. The salsa is practically tomato sauce. The place is mediocre. The waiter brought a bunch of napkins which were soaked in water. Some of them seemed to have finger print on them. Suggestion: buy ur food before entering the terminal 1. There are very limited options here. Only chili and a burger shop.

Food was mediocre at best. I mean, it is Chili’s at the airport, so I wasn’t expecting four star meals. However, the service here is incredibly slow. If I had only an hour to spare, as most people might, I wouldn’t bother. Even though our server was really sweet, service in general is way to slow for the hustle and bustle of travel.

Arrived from Haiti with a group of 10 for dinner time. We had to wait for both our drinks and foods a good 35 minutes. My salmon turned out to be fine with a good seasoning but my friend’s burger totally inedible. Some salads looked ok. So it was a hit or miss situation. They need more waitress. I am unsure how backed up the kitchen was because on Sunday evening terminal 3 Hollywood airport looks not that busy. Thank God the terminal gate wasn’t too far so we were able to run to the gate and get in our plane.

Best place to eat at terminal 3 at FLL, but service sucks. Food is mediocre. Yep, and that’s the best place at this terminal at Fort Lauderdale. Very sad.

Hmmmmmm, no thanks. Honestly, I’m not that impressed with the entire airport in general. I live in Texas, where Chili’s is from and let’s just say it was a long way from home. The waiter was pretty helpful/attentive but everything just seemed a little off. The chips were somewhat burnt. They didn’t look burnt, but they tasted that way. We asked for a refill of chips and they said it wasn’t free… first time I’ve ever heard that. Everything was fine, just not great.

Look, I don’t expect the best service at a Chili’s, especially one at an airport, but this place takes it to another level. Our server didn’t stop by or take our order for drinks for a solid 20 mins. Seriously. Then when taking our food order, he left a finished dish from another table on our table(gross.) I had to flag him down to ask him to take it away. As for the food, it was par for what you’d expect from an airport Chili’s.

Two stars is generous and only because it’s convenient to the terminal gates The wait for a table was 25 – 30 minutes, completely missing the point of eat and go at the airport. The servers seemed overwhelmed and the service showed that. The food was nicely described on the menu, the taste was less than excellent, albeit filling

Honestly, I was quite surprised that we had a great experience here. We came here prior to seeing the bad reviews. Airport restaurants aren’t that great but the service we received was unparalleled to anything I have received at any airport. Our waiter David was very cordial, attentive, and personable. He was always making sure we had everything we needed. He took service to a whole new level. When I ordered my tea he came to the table with 2 teas just for me. I also liked that he asked us if we wanted dessert before giving us the check. Ordering was swift and our food came out quickly too. My only complaint was that the ingredients to the fajitas were not as fresh as I would’ve liked then to be, but service made up for it. Thanks so much for hassle-free dining before our flight.

Chili’s is located in Terminal 3 between Councourses E and F. It has two components: a full-service sit-down restaurant and bar, and the Chilis To-Go window, where you can order the full menu, but it will be packaged in disposable containers so that you may take it on your flight(or wherever). The restaurant area has a full bar of a decent size on its right side(as seen from the entrance); the rest of the seating area is tables, some booths, and some with chairs. There is a large row of windows on the back wall that affords a view of the airport, which can be entertaining. The most frequent gripe here is the speed of the service, and there is no way of getting around that: it is usually slow. Maybe its because they are often understaffed and maybe its because they get slammed by filling up all at once, and maybe it’s because they are lousy servers and just don’t care, but expect to be sitting around a few times in your meal wishing that your waitron would come by so you could ask for another beverage/more ketchup/the check/etc. The servers ARE generally pleasant, get the orders right, and do an ok job… if you have time. The food is also fine, and if you need to kill an hour or more, this is a good place to do it. I would come here again, but I would make sure I had time to burn when I do.

Oddly enough I enjoyed my meal here. Maybe b/c it was the only place in the terminal to spy the Super Bowl. Maybe b/c the flight was delayed over two hours. Maybe b/c the service was darn good, thx for the extra guac w/the fajitas Maybe b/c the food was surprisingly edible, esp the chicken bacon burger on TX Toast Maybe b/c I ordered tea & asked for extra hot water & he didn’t look at me like I was a cheap ass It’s the best bang for the buck in this terminal, ok food, good service and entertainment.
