I went in here to get my oil changed a few weeks ago. The girl who was helping me tried to talk me into getting an «extra» service, which I’m sure I could have used. However, I asked her what the TOTAL price would be if I got the extra service, and she quoted me $ 40. I told her no, I just wanted the bare minimum service. When I went to pick up my car, my TOTAL turned out to be nearly $ 70, not including the extra service I declined… luckily I had a coupon for $ 7 off (not that it helped much though!). Maybe the girl who helped me misunderstood what I meant by what the total price would be, but I felt I was misled. I’ve never paid that much for a simple, basic oil change. I considered bringing the issue up, but I realized that it really was my mistake I guess for not knowing better. I don’t plan to go back simply because of that and I know I can get my oil changed for much cheaper elsewhere.
On the bright side, the staff was fairly friendly. Nothing special, but nothing to complain about either.
