We had our annual Christmas White Elephant Gift Exchange party at the Collindale location last night. We had 30 in attendance and it was a blast! Much in part to the exceptional work done by the CB& Potts staff from the Manager(Bryan), to the Servers(Josey and Gene) our experience was fantastic. They were more than willing to re-configure the room to our liking, and constantly provided service with a smile. In addition, the food and drinks were fantastic. Thanks to the Cook too! We were so impressed, we booked next year’s Christmas get together that night! I highly recommend this place!!!

Told ya I’d be back in August! Lucked out and got the same server, her name is CASSIDY, and she’s still fantastic! Everything is good, no complaints!

Visiting from out of town. Came here for dinner after visiting with family in Ft Collins. My wife appreciated the gluten free menu and raved about the gluten free Ruben sandwich. My son loves the butt face bacon cheese burger. Food was excellent and he service was as well.

Nice selection of craft brews in a very reasonably priced sampler($ 5 for 6 samples). We had no complaints about any of the beers, just about the way they were served. On the restaurant’s patio, the tables are latticed metal, so the little glasses stuck through a ram’s-horn shaped«curl» holder simply tipped over very easily! They need to develop a big coaster or something to set them on outside! The food was pretty good. The Reuben my husband had was delicious and HUGE. Definitely two meals. My hamburger, the restaurant’s special with Gorgonzola and bacon and a jam, was good but a bit more sweet than I expected(some more Gorgonzola to balance the sweetness would be good, for my taste). Also, the bacon was undercooked. We also had a great appetizer of pretzel sticks and beer cheese dip. It was Southwestern style dip, whereas I might prefer a traditional style with pretzels. Went well with the tortilla chips, though. For as inexpensive as the beers were, the food prices seemed a little high.

We have always been happy with experience here. It’s casual and reasonable. However on our last visit we were celebrating a birthday with party of 7. The order took a while but one of us still needed their veggie burger. We had to beg and remind and beg some more. it seemed like a major kitchen problem. Manager and waitperson were apologetic and comped part of the check and gave coupons. When it finally came others were long finished and two kids were really ready to leave. We had it boxed and left. It wasn’t a good dinner experience.

Not a bad place. Good food. Bar food with a little extra kick. Good sized portions. It’s a bar, this location is part of the country club for a public city course. Good beers, all house beers plus the usual suspects.

Pleasantly surprised by our visit here based on the inconsistent previous reviews. We visited on a Monday night to watch a Steelers game and it wasn’t too crowded or noisy. TVs were convenient and we could hear the game just fine while carrying on our conversations. Beers were pretty tasty, the flight we had for $ 5 had 5 or 6 of their year round selections along with 4 seasonals which was a great deal. The weasel, Hefe, and their IPA stood out as better than the others. We had the beer cheese dip, fish & chips and the Tumbleweed burger. All were solid bar-food quality, but the fish & chips were a little pricey for what you got. Happy hour specials seemed pretty decent, so we’ll definitely be back to check those out.

The burger with blue cheese and bacon… omg. You have got to try it. Nice staff. It is a little annoying to go there on sundays because there are too many football games on… too many tvs for the space, but I guess if that is your thing. Vote yes to thid eatery.

I love this place. I recently discovered that this CB and Potts caters to the many steeler fans in the area every-time they play. 2 appetizers, 2 main meals, 2 huge beers and a cupcake dessert all while watching your favorite team Priceless

I’ll stick to the other locations. This one has recurring kitchen issues. The food here is slow to arrive and is very poorly prepared. The last few times I’ve been here we’ve been served soggy bread, bacterial smelling turkey, more than one raw hamburger, shoe leather waffle fries and brown lettuce. The hefeweizen beer had a funk like it had been improperly stored. Oh, and the frozen cupcake desserts taste like dirty freezer. Sorry friends, I will NOT be talked into giving this place any more chances. The only redeeming thing about this place are the friendly waitresses.

Most people in Fort Collins have been to the Elizabeth CB& Potts location. That place has good food, good service and lots of character. This golf course version has none of that. The nachos were no good and it took over 20 minutes to get the check and run the card. The staff has funny nicknames on their name tags but they lack personalities to go with them. If you just finished golfing and want some generic food at the bar, go for it. Otherwise, drive the extra 3 miles to the real Potts location.

We have been going to Potts for 25 years. We always look forward to the super nachos. This time they were disappointing at best. The cheese was non-existent. There were way too many beans. The chicken was not good either. It had an unusual texture and flavor. It seems like they changed the recipe. I got that go back to the old one.

I came here with a party of 7 and had a nice dinner overlooking the golf course. They had quite a selection of drinks to choose from. 2 people in my group come to this location often and recommended the fish and chips, others followed suit they all agreed it was very good. I had the iceberg salad that was light and crispy and not too heavy on the dressing. this place gets very busy and its best to call ahead.

The food was just as mediocre as the beer. They don’t have a good selection of house made craft beer and the beers that I tasted seemed lacking in flavor and complexity. The food was expensive for what it was. I had the fish tacos and my fiancé had the turkey havartisandwich. The tacos were good, but the beans and rice served with them were very bland and unexciting. When I asked for some limes to go with my tacos, they brought out 3 little pieces and said that’s all they could find! That’s inexcusable at a place that’s serves cocktails and food! The havarti sandwich was good and the fries that came with it were decent. Overall I would not recommend eating or drinking beer here. Unless you were already here playing golf. However the service was good and attentive. No complaints about the service.

Great beer(try the flight to get a full sample of their offerings). Pretty good food. And a fun place to watch the game. I generally only go when there’s a good game to watch and I want to watch with friends.

The bartender was: Cocky, rude, argumentative, arrogant, inattentive and generally kind of a douche. We’ll never go back here.

Nice restaurant! really! Where you can spend a great 5 bucks for the sampler and get nine kinds of beers to taste! It is great! But are you up to ordering a Notorious PIG sandwich and a Buttface Ale for fluids! I did and it was fabulous. The service is great. The bar is very well appointed and and extra room with the big TV looks like the place for football! The Patio overlooking the golf course is wonderful. This place is an escape from the every grind and I am glad it is walking distance from my best friends home here in Fort Collins. I can’t wait to try the steaks and ribs at dinner!

I had a good meal here all the way around. It was back in the summer and the restaurant overlooks a private golf course which is pretty to gaze out over while you are dining. I thoroughly enjoyed my Swiss and mushroom hamburger. They had some great peach beer that I had that was seasonal. This particular location does not house the brewery itself, the location that does is off of Elizabeth. Instead of that they appropriately enough have a golf shop off to the side of the dining area.

I stopped by here last week because one of my friends had a gift card. First of all, this C.B. & Potts location(there are multiple throughout the state) is the tallest bar in Colorado. The inside has a cool barn-ish feel, lots of high top tables and TVs. This brewery is awesome because not only do they have their own brews, they also have standard beers in stock, such as Bud Light. I tried the pumpkin beer and it was amazing. It tasted just like pumpkin pie. The Potts beers come in two sizes and I opted for the larger– I must admit that it was difficult to drink such a large glass of pumpkin pie and I ended up sharing sips with the table before ordering something lighter. The four of us split fried pickles and nachos and they were pretty standard. The place was pretty empty, but it was a Tuesday night so I am sure there must be more going on during the weekend! They have many many other beers than the pumpkin one– and their selection of «skinny cocktails» looked really good too.
