Duncans Bar and Grill established in 1945 by my grandfather Richard M. Duncan Sr. and has been family owned and operated since then. We are 70 years old this year and are the oldest tavern/​restaurant in Frostburg, MD. Serving locals and college since the beginning. We are known for our famous chili and home made foods including crab cakes, soups, potato salad, cole slaw, and hand cut fries and fresh burgers. We have WIFI, pool table, pinball table, and WIFI juke box. We have daily specials with reasonable prices. Family oriented. Bring the kids

Started business with his father Walter in 1945. Owned til his death in 1973, Operated by my father Richard M Duncan Jr til 1989 then I (Ruth Ann) took it over. I am third generation owner/​operator. My daughters are active in the business
