History

Established in 1995.

by Weatherly Boehmer. Weatherly managed American Quick Print from 1989 to 1995 until she opened Weathervane Graphics. In 2001, she purchased and incorporated American Quick Print from her former employers and ran it as her primary business until 2009, keeping Weathervane Graphics going as a side business.

That September, due to continual changes in the printing industry and in an effort to keep up with the direction that business was heading, it was decided to close American Quick Print, Inc., and focus instead on the more popular services of Weathervane Graphics, LLC.

They have since received their official certification from the Department of Minority Business Enterprise (DMBE) as a Small/​Women-​Owned Business, become a registered vendor through eVA, Virginia’s online procurement system, and continue to grow each year.

Business Owner

Weatherly has been working in the printing industry since she fell in love with it in 1989. She started Weathervane Graphics on the side in 1995, when she got hooked on computer graphics and the internet (thanks to Craig Laird). Weatherly purchased American Quick Print, Inc., and was the company’s president from 2001 to 2009. In September 2009, she incorporated Weathervane Graphics and decided to make it her main priority.

She is the past president of the United Way of Front Royal-​Warren County and has served on its Board of Directors since 2005. She also serves on the Board for String of Pearls Animal Sanctuaries, Inc., a no-​kill animal rescue that serves the Shenandoah Valley.

Weatherly loves music, art, photography, computers, movies, animals and playing in the river. On the rare occasion that she has any spare time, you will find her enjoying one of those things.
