I came across the tasty creations of Twin Hearts Bakery — due to the fact that Deja Brew — a coffee shop in Haymarket, VA — carries some of their baked goodies!
Sitting on the counter by the register are these small heart-​shaped cakes — made with a «cakeless» combination of dried fruits, nuts, dates, and unsweetened coconut. And they are gluten free — for those of you concerned with such things…
Man are these things good! I had the Walnut variety the other day with my iced latte. Sooooo good!
I’ve got to make my way directly to this bakery next time I am out in Front Royal!
