My phone stopped working out of nowhere and I was totally devastated since my husband is deployed and it was my only means of communicating with him. I showed up twenty minutes before they closed and Alan was working. He was a LIFE SAVER. He did everything he could to help me out, incluing loaning me a phone while I waited for my new one to come in. I know what it’s like having someone come in to my place of business when it’s late and I’m ready to go home, but he never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. He made what could’ve been a stressful time so much easier. I hope he’s working every time I go back!

My phone was ready for an update, so I went in and picked out a phone. They didn’t have the phone I wanted and said I had to order it but that it could only be delivered to this store. I was only in town for the weekend so this wasn’t going to work for me. My sister had an upgrade too so she picked out a phone, etc. But they used MY upgrade for her phone which I thought wasn’t a big deal. However, when I went to a different Verizon store and asked to use the other upgrade (my sister’s upgrade) for the Edge plan, they said they couldn’t because it wasn’t MY upgrade. So, I had to give my old phone to use the upgrade. I was planning to give my old phone for $ 100 of credit but nope, Verizon disappointed. I just want my $ 100.
