I was a chef for 10 years so I bring my culinary skills to my little shop. I am not afraid to think outside of the box. You will definitely find flavors here you have never thought of as ice cream. I encourage you to sample new things. You never know what you like till you try it

We had the best time and the best ice cream at C & C frozen treats! The owner is the nicest man. He helped us try the different ice cream options. That are a ton of delicious and inventive flavors! I tried the pink grape fruit, blueberry muffin, licorice, rum raisin, salted caramel, brownie batter, and caramel apple. Upon hearing that I am lactose intolerant he let me know that they have a a lot of dairy free options and had me try the chocolate almond milk and coconut coconut milk ice cream. Every flavor I tried was delicious. The customer service here is second to none.

Fantastic ice cream. We are thankful for the tip from another E Main Street establishment to check out C&C Frozen Treats during our recent stopover in Front Royal. I wasn’t planning on getting anything, but got drawn in when I saw the blood orange flavor — absolutely delicious. Seasonal pumpkin spice was great as well. Do not leave Front Royal without a visit to C&C!

Stopped into C&C on a recent trip to Front Royal with our family. It was one of the highlights of the trip! The owner made our children that requested vanilla or chocolate, try at least three samples of his fun flavors before he would give them a scoop. They quickly changed their tunes on the basic flavors. This homemade ice cream was good! Really good. Salty caramel, brownie batter, snicker doodle, kettle corn, etc! The best part was the enthusiasm of the owner. You can tell he loves what he is doing and is very entertaining for his customers.
