West Frisco Center of Oral Surgery

HORRIBLE! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DENTIST FOR BOTOX!!! I went in told him what I was looking for he marked all the spots on my face. I then paid him over $ 500 he started injecting the Botox then he said «oh no I’m not going to have enough Botox to finish the procedure I am truly sorry». He put a huge amount in my forehead, and yes ran out before doing my eyes, and in the middle of my eyes. I checked out, and he reiterated that he should be getting more in soon. Remember I had already paid for all to be done. I left within 2 days my eyes were almost shut from the pressure of the amount he put into my forehead. I was traumatized! Instead of looking refreshed I looked like I had been in a car accident! My eyes where drooped and I couldn’t move anything! I called and expressed my anger. They replied and said I could come back in. I was so upset and afraid to go back! Yes, it had been awhile before I called and asked about either getting the rest of my injections around my eyes or a refund. Well Renee the office manager refused! She said oh there is an expiration I said how could it expire when he ran out?!? She continued to give me excuses as to why they were unable to do anything else for me! I was livid I had paid for a full service and he made the mistake of not evaluating his Botox before charging me! She says oh he finished the procedure you just needed touch ups?! No I only got my forehead done! She called me a liar, and told me I was pretty much just out of luck! My husband was so mad he spoke to her as well she just kept repeating herself. He asked to speak to the doctor she told him no several times! Finally she got him on the phone. He wouldn’t budge either they say once you get Botox you have to come in within a few weeks or you can’t get more that’s they way Botox works?! No it does not! I paid for a service HE RAN OUT! Not my fault! They refuse to refund my money or do anything about it! I’m contacting my lawyer, and the better business bureau! I cannot believe this office stole my money! The job he did was very unprofessional and he obviously has not been trained in doing this procedure! Renee was horrible to me on the phone she contradicted herself many times, and tried to turn their mistakes back onto the customer! I paid a lot of money for this to be done, and now I’m not going to get the rest of what I paid for! I’m so sad, and upset. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN FOR AESTHETICS! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR FACE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!

It is not easy to give an oral surgeon 5 stars, but Dr. Cardenas deserves the rating. He is very gentle, kind and caring and he does his best to make his work painless. He is top notch!

Dr. Cardenas and his staff are top notch!!! Made me feel comfortable, even though I’m a big baby when it comes to being at the dentist. They all had a great sense of humor & worked within my schedule to get my issues taken care of!!! Highly recommended and that means a lot coming from me-​hater of all dentists!
