Jose was awesome! He hooked up our TV and PS3 for us. He gave us suggestions on the TV height and was quick and professional in his work. He also «locked» our TV into place in case anyone comes and attempts to take it off.
The bf and I are very satisfied!

Jose was fantastic. He has installed two of my TVs over the last year. The second time he wasn’t able to install the TV because the product was destroyed. I felt terrible because I should have checked the box first. I asked him to come back out to finish hanging my new TV and he did not hesitate. That is the definition of TRUE customer service. These guys were AMAZING. 3 technicians came out to work on our televisions. They took our advice on where to place them on the wall in each room. Excellent customer service, our newly mounted TVs look terrific. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I made an appt to get our TV mounted and Jose was able to come the day I asked him to. His truck was actually having problem and needed to be in the shop that day and he still came out to do the TV. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly. He even to programmed my TV! He is very courteous and his work is done very neatly. I needed 2 cables for our tv and since he only had one at the time, he offered to drop it off when i was ready for it. Def recommend using him.

Jose mounted 5 TV’s including a 70 inch TV in a media room as well as a TV on an exterior brick wall. In addition, we asked Jose to install outdoor in-​ceiling speakers as well as 7 in-​wall speakers in our media room. Jose sourced the speakers, 2 receivers and did an incredible job not only with installation, but also with calibrating and programming 2 universal remotes creating a seamless process for playing tv, audio, patio, audio, Blu-​ray etc. While the quality of his work was exceptional, Jose made himself available during all hours and provided unbelievable customer service. I have never provided a review on Unilocal,but genuinely felt obligated to praise Jose’s service and workmanship. Just a fantastic job by Jose and his team! His service is truly remarkable.

This is one of those rare businesses that makes me wish I had a discretionary bonus star. They went way above and beyond, so that 5 stars doesn’t seem sufficient.
The work they did was very high quality and seemed to be reasonably priced. They stuck by the price quoted me on the phone. The customer service was second to none.
Highlights:
— I called on short notice, hoping to schedule a time for the week after Christmas (when I was off work). I knew it may be tricky, given that it was probably a busy time. He initially said they didn’t have availability, but when I mentioned I was off work and it may take a couple of weeks otherwise to work him in, he made room for me.
— He was running a few minutes late (not that I would complain, because I know he was cramming me in between appointments). However, he sent me texts letting me know in advance they were behind and updates of their ETA.
— The spot I wanted the TV didn’t work. He told me his concerns before touching the wall and made sure to test it out after I gave the ok for him to do a test patch into the wall. When his suspicions were confirmed with the test patch, he suggested an alternative location.
— The alternative location involved hanging on brick, but he didn’t charge extra for it (like he usually would), since it wasn’t in his quote.
— He patched up the spot from the original test wall. He gave me an option to send a painter out later to match my wall color (for free) or to do it when I moved out. I told him we’d just do it when I moved out, since I’d just cover it up with a picture anyway. When I came back I realized he’d hung the picture without me asking him to do that.
— Also without asking, he set up my cable remote control to turn the TV off and on.
I was thrilled with the work he did and I’d hire him again without hesitation.

I just moved to Dallas and was looking to mount my 47 inch TV above a fireplace. I called a few companies and Jose gave me the best price for the quality of his reviews on Unilocal.He was on time, fast and did a great job with the mounting.
I also thought I might want a swivel mount which is more expensive. He helped me realize that it wasn’t going to make a difference.
Overall great service for a great price.

Jose was very prompt and kept in touch with me regarding his schedule. He worked very quickly and quietly and told me what he would be doing beforehand. I even told him that I had bought a sound bar and he mounted that for me as well for a reasonable price. When he was finished everything looked super sleek and clean. All the wires were run through a hole near the floor and it all looks great. I will be calling Jose and TV Mounting Solutions when I am putting up the other TVs in my place.

Jose was outstanding. Very punctual, informative and did a great job installing 3 of our TV’s. He had a difficult chore putting one over our stone façade fireplace and it looks amazing. Highly recommend them!
