It was very natural for me to evolve into running my own residential building company/​real estate business as an adult. I feel very fortunate to have my life experience to set me apart from other realtors that just unlock the front door on a home and ask «Do you like it»? Many Realtors bring very little value to the buyer/​sellers they service. My 20+ years in residential. commercial construction is a huge plus when working with buyers and new home builders. My ability to stage homes helps me assist sellers in getting higher sales prices for their homes and my mad marketing skills helps them get them sold in record time. Realtors get paid a healthy commission when representing buyer/​sellers and should bring experience/​credibility to the table for their clients. Otherwise why would a buyer/​seller need your services?

As a relocating attorney, new to the DFW Metroplex, I couldn’t have had a better home buying experience than Tiffany offered!!! First, she knows Collin County by the street! Seriously, me and my wife looked at a few properties in Frisco on our own and when we mentioned them to Tiffany, she knew the EXACT location of all three! Once we were ready to make an offer, Tiffany suggested we offer $ 10,000 less than I was comfortable with. We loved the house! She reassured us that she knew the market and our offer was immediately accepted! Most importantly, Tiffany’s construction knowledge was unbelievable and ultimately what makes her one of the most talented, well-​rounded, real estate professionals I’ve had the pleasure of learning from. Since it’s not required to disclose obvious defects on a walk-​through, this skill set was the most valuable for us. Walk through a home with Tiffany and you’ll think she spent the last twenty years inspecting property.

We can’t say enough about how great our experience with Tiffany was. We were trying to purchase a home in an incredibly competitive market and would not have been successful in finding a home if we would have had a less experienced realtor.
Tiffany was incredibly knowledgeable and familiar with the area that we were looking in (North Dallas, Plano, Frisco). As our search area expanded to new areas, she knew our preferences and every house that we looked at was one that we could have seen ourselves in.
We actually ended up in a house slightly outside of our search area but it turned out to be the perfect match for us. We’ve now been living in the house for three months and love it. When we eventually sell our house, we’ll definitely be using Tiffany again!

Tiffany was an absolute dream to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Dallas/​Frisco area. I’ve lived in the same small town most of my life, and was very nervous about moving to the big city. Tiffany was so good about pointing things out and talking about the area, that I felt like I knew the place by the end! She listened carefully to the things that were important to our family in a home and did her best to find houses that matched. After traveling up here for several weekends and having more than 1 home sold before we could make an offer, I was getting very discouraged. (We were on a tight time line) but Tiffany talked me through it, and reassured me that the right house will find us! Boy was she right! With all that said, it wasn’t until negotiations began that I saw her true colors. She absolutely had our backs all the way from price, to inspections, to home warrenty… she made sure we were making well informed decisions and using the most professional services available. I honestly could not believe how smoothly the whole process went. Tiffany is, in my opinion, one of Dallas’ best!!!

Talk about earning every last dollar; she is tireless in her effort to find the EXACT property you’re looking for! We constantly joked about the fact that she doesn’t ever seem to sleep!
