I lived here for about a year and just moved recently unfortunately. Hands down the best apartment I have lived in to date. The front office was extremely helpful and maintenance was always there in a instant if you needed help. On top of that the location is great with the FC dallas park being right across the street and being able to walk to all the restaurants right below the apartment. You could also drive to Main event right across the highway as well. I really wish I could have stayed here longer but if you have the chance to move to the Frisco area definitely check this place out!

I loved this apartment, absolutely loved it, until Jessica left and I had to move out of the country unexpectedly. I knew it would cost me a lot… about four thousand to leave with final rent and two months pentalty *because I didn’t have 60 days notice to give* That’s fine, it’s in my lease. The problem is the front office is ridiculous. I asked what my final payment would be so I’d be free and clear. I paid them the insane amount. I lived there only four months, everything was in perfect condition. When I moved in they gave me the option of $ 250 off 1 months rent or new hardwood floors. I didn’t care about hardwood so I took the 250… So when I moved out they sacked me with a $ 600 fee because it needed new carpets… after four months with no damage. Totally sacked me because I’m in another country and can’t fight it. Shady, shady. Go somewhere else.
