I will give them one Star because Doctor Garza was pleasant and seemed like she genuinely wanted to help me with my problem(and because Unilocal does not allow 0 stars.) However the my experiences with this doctor’s office have been terrible. 1. Whenever you call their office you get a voice mail(regardless of time of day) and their fax machine is almost always«busy» so if you want to get in touch with them about anything you will need to make a trip into their office or wait a couple days for a call back. 2. They called me back and scheduled my appointment but the only option was same day, so I accepted, confirmed the time, got time off of work, picked my daughter up from daycare, and headed toward their office. When I was about 10 minutes away I received a call that I had already missed my appointment(when though it was still about 30 minutes from my confirmed appointment time) and would have to reschedule. I explained my confirmed appointment time and that I had already gotten time of of work and picked up my daughter but all the man on the other end would say was I show that you’ve already missed your appointment and you will have to reschedule. I believe he is the office manager and he is very rude and unsympathetic. Thankfully when we arrived my wife was able to talk then into seeing me. 3. They rushed me to do my paperwork but once I was in the examination room the doctor took 30 — 45 minutes to see me. She was very thorough and seems like a good doctor. We finished our appointment and she told me to set up an appointment for 6 weeks. 4. ANDTHISISONEOFTHEIRBIGGESTISSUES: when I went to schedule my 6 week follow up appointment I was told the soonest appointment would be over 4 months away. I reluctantly took the appointment(in case I couldn’t get one somewhere else) and provided them with some paperwork to complete for my employer. They eventually completed it and returned it to them. 5. After a couple months my employer is requesting some follow up paperwork from them on my condition and once again the fax machine is always busy so I will need to drive over to them to drop off the paperwork and they have informed me that they will charge me $ 35 to complete the paperwork this time(even though they didn’t charge last time.) Completing paperwork is just a cost of doing business for a doctor’s office! Summary: If your health insurance will only allow you to go here expect to wait months for an appointment, be charged out of pocket for things that should just be a cost of doing business for a doctor’s office, and be treated like human trash by the front desk staff. I would personally recommend going anywhere else…
