Robertson Tree Service

I was really disappointed in this company. I was referred by a friend who told me they were great but they were far from it.
I tried reaching out to them multiple times and all i ever got were texts saying they were coming but then they never came. Finally I got him on the phone and we talked about what i wanted and that I would meet him at the house to discuss the tree trimming. I left work early so i could meet them and they never showed… or called or texted.
I texted them back because I really needed to get this done and didn’t want to waste time finding someone else. So he tells me they will come in the morning and to leave a check.
When I got home from work that day my yard was a complete disaster. I was seriously embarrassed for the entire weekend until the city came and picked up the branches.
Basically they trimmed one of my trees and left branches everywhere including the street, the other tree didn’t look any different. The bushes that I asked to have removed were merely sawed off at the stump… nothing else. In fact the Crêpe Myrtle was sawed and they just let it fall all over my iris’s, which are now dead. I called and left a message asking if he would come back and work with me on the stumps and fix these things and I never heard another word.
Basically…just totally lazy and unprofessional. Really sad since I was referred by a friend. He gave me a good price but you know… you get what you pay for… I won’t make this mistake again.
