(Review I wrote a while back, re-​posting here.)
In November of 2004 I referred a friend of mine to Proceed Technical Resources, who placed him with a job at the company I work for. There was a referral fee to be paid to me upon my friend completing two months of employment.
Well, it’s been three years. I gave up a year and a half ago, after dozens of emails and phone calls had gone unanswered, or answered with the classic run-​around (oh yeah, we sent your check… it must have not gotten to you… let us re-​send it…). I’d steer clear of referring any tech talent to these guys.
