Poop Troops

We have used poop troop for almost a year now and the service is progressively gotten worse and worse. I have called and spoke to a representative and received good customer service. They offered to not charge us for our next 3 – 4 services and he sent out service the next day. However the issues still continue. Especially something that we are now going to be paying more for per service. Plus when we signed up we had a $ 50 coupon and it was never applied to our account. They came to service our house about an hour ago or so and there are several (7 – 10) issues still left in the yard. Plus the yard we have is very small. It seems to me that their technicians either have too big of a work load to do a good job or just don’t care enough to complete the work to a satisfactory level.

On time and they pick up everything! When there’s a schedule change they communicate in advance to let you know. I used them on a weekly basis and love their service! I absolutely recommend them.

It was getting difficult with 2 big dogs and a large backyard. PT came to the rescue. Have had them for a little more than a year now.

Poop Troops is the best service in town! I’ve used them for several months and they have never missed a week, they pick up everything so my yard is sparkling clean and that’s tuff to do when you have 4 dogs, My dogs love them and are so happy to see them when they arrive!

I’m an occasional foster and have visiting dogs. I am NOT a dog poop scooper, so this service is PAWSOME!!! I love that they leave the sticky notes on the door so I know it’s safe outside ;-)

Last week was my first appointment for a bi-​weekly schedule. I got quick responses and communication with them. Everyone was great and super friendly over email and phone. They came very early. Usually they come into the yard and not disturb you, but i had 2 locks on both gates for the safety of our dogs and fosters. The employee was very nice, rang the door so i could allow him out back. He moved quickly, and left a sticky note when he was done. He did a great job! There was some hiding, but to be expected. Ive had quite a few fosters run through my yard. I enjoy your business, and will continue to use the bi-​weekly service! Thank you Poop Troop! I have multiple dogs run through the yard daily, and i am outnumbered! Lol

I’ve used Poop Troops twice, each as a «one time clean» because of a party and also so we could list our home for sale without worry. Both times I called to schedule a service, my call was answered immediately and had no issues scheduling for the day I requested. The first pickup was even for the next day. Communication has been seamless, and they always do a thorough job cleaning up the yard. The icing on the cake is that they match competitors’ prices. Although we just moved temporarily into an apartment, I will definitely give PT a call when we’re into our next home! The online customer portal is also a professional plus.
PS, apartment tenants need to learn to pick up after their pets, otherwise I’m going to suggest PT to our landlords!

Perfect heartstring marketing. As a VET brat, I bit.
Security breach. I sent a heartfelt email with: start date, ADDRESS, breed=poo size, details of our small open space, times, etc.
[IT WAS A GIFT to my husband and elderly neighbor /​that shares part of our quiet culdesac].
I received a swift email [possibly automated] from the company. At dinner, I agreed to their offer and happily told my husband of the gift. I then received a swift response to my acceptance — with a promise of a call «soon» to finalize.
SEVEN DAYS PASSED — no call /​no show /​no email /​no text. I waited it out and kept doing my doody work. Then I sent them a professional cancellation of services.
No response. Again. Shame.

I’ve used Poop Troops to service our yard for a while now and these guys are awesome! They have great service and if you ever encounter an issue they take care of it quickly. Their service is reasonably priced too! Don’t spend your weekend picking up your yard, hire Poop Troops instead!

Unprofessional company. We started using their service in May 2012 and everything started off great — they were very responsive to emails and phone calls. We were on a service schedule for a 3 hour time frame one day a week. In July I sent a referral over to them via email however it took them 2 weeks to contact my friend and by then she had already obtained a pet waste removal service elsewhere. Then in November my account was placed on automatic payment when I did not request that at all. I received an apology from Josh and was told that it would not happen again… well it did in December. I called and emailed them to have this correct again. In late December I noticed that my service was not completed during the normal schedule time but due to the holidays, I just let it go. Then just before New Year’s Eve I came home from work and the service had not yet been completed. I called and spoke to Josh who stated that I was supposed to be notified that due to the weather earlier that week, that it our service was going to be delayed but someone would be there within the next hour. Two hours past and the sun set — no one showed up nor did I receive a phone call. I left a voice mail and emailed them questioning when we were going to be rescheduled for since no one showed up. I did not receive a response so I called in the afternoon on January 2^nd and spoke to Josh again. I questioned what was going on and when I was going to be rescheduled for and he asked to put me on hold to pull up my account — the phone call got disconnected. I called back immediately and it went to their answering machine. I left them another voice mail requesting a call back immediately and have not heard from them. I emailed them to confirm the cancellation of my service effective immediately and have not received an email about this. Very unprofessional business practices.
