Business Owner

John J. Pfister, Jr. has practiced law in Texas since 1992. He is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, reflecting his legal knowledge, results in litigation, and commitment to the profession. He has worked as a solo attorney and in partnerships, providing aggressive representation in divorce, commercial and civil litigation, and bankruptcy. He is a member of the Frisco, Collin County, and Denton County Bar Associations, and active in the Frisco community.

Charity Borserine also offers more than 15 years of experience, practicing law since 2003, and serving as a paralegal for many years before pursuing her law degree. She practices in divorce and family law, bankruptcy and probate. She is admitted to federal courts of Texas, and is a member of the Family Law and Bankruptcy Sections of the State Bar of Texas.
