Best tip I can give you is to sign up for their Payless Rewards program because you get a 25% off coupon the day you sign up and it’s good for about a month. Other than that, their prices are already pretty good, especially when it comes to kid’s shoes which they grow out of too fast to spend a fortune on anyway. I’ve been here a couple of times and they’re always so patient with my daughter and I appreciate it, because it’s not easy wrangling a toddler unless I’ve drugged her, which is apparently«frowned upon». It’s also right next to Target so you can get all your shopping done in one stop!

While the sales woman was initially nice, I have to point out that this store is embarrassingly gross. There was crap all over the floors and food left on the chairs. There wasn’t a place to sit and try on my shoes(I ordered online and had it shipped to store) initially because they were all covered with people’s left over drinks and food! The boots I ordered were just cheap(I know, it’s Payless) so I exchanged them for something else, but for a Saturday night this close to Christmas they were not staffed correctly. There were two women and only one was checking anyone out. When you have a line of more than 5 people, you need to open another register. Probably won’t be back here, will shop at Mckinney location.

I had shopped at payless on and off over the last 10 years. This year I feel that the quality has improved a lot and there are more choices. The price is always affordable. Their crochet sandals are pretty cool. Pumps were so comfy that I got a couple of them. The staff at this store are very helpful. If you do not find your desired size or color, you can special order them to be shipped to the store(no charge) with a $ 3 discount. And if you have a minute to take their survey(details on your bill), you get a code that you can use for a $ 3 off of any purchase of $ 9.99 or more. Cool huh?
