My brother could relocate to Frisco, so he was off apartment hunting. I was his adviser. Don’t know why since he typically ignores me. This complex was set up mostly with high rises surrounding the central area, where you can find the pool and park. The staff here was super friendly and took us around to check all the types of rooms. High ceilings and generally good room designs.

Not my favorite place. Dog poop everywhere. Overheard management telling someone these apartments are not built well. Lots of noises — like hot water banging very loudly when someone takes a shower. Grounds are not taken care of. Dog walking areas are very uneven and I have tripped.
