I recently went to Origins at Stonebriar to hopefully find some help with my rosacea. My face has been hot and inflamed for a few weeks. I worked with Horami(sic) and she was totally awesome. She directed me to the products and was not pushy at all. She truly wanted to help me solve my skincare problems. The products she suggested were spot on and the customer service was perfection at its best! I am not only dedicated to Origins but also to this location. They are amazing, sincere and aren’t just looking to make a sale. These attributes makes me want to return. Thanks! You guys ROCK!

I had some really awesome help when I stopped in on a whim after seeing a free mini-facial offer near their door. The two salesladies were helpful and the younger one let me play with different facial washes and lotions. I was in there looking for a semi-natural SPF lotion that wouldn’t make my face break out after going over to sephora for the same thing. I had gotten a sample at sephora, and when I asked for a sample of this to bring home and try I got a wonderful little sample kit of the SPF(«A perfect world»), a face lotion(«starting over»), an eye cream, a mask, and their new product mega-bright for fading sun damage. I really like the spf face lotion, the regular face lotion(I think it’s called something like, «it’s a new world»), I haven’t tried the mask, and the eyebright eye lotion is okay– just a smidge too shiny but still pretty cool. The mega-bright– I like how it goes on, but I don’t use it regularly enough to say one way or the other. I do like the smoothness of it, but it’s not a moisturizer so it doesn’t keep the skin smooth. I really thought this saleslady went above and beyond(brunette, early twenties, maybe around 5’3″– I want to say her name was Amber but that’s probably not it) especially considering that they were closing right as we were finishing up and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Even the other saleslady(with the really awesome sandals!) came out and told me not to feel rushed as she was going around and finishing up stuff. I’ve used the Sephora brand as well, and even though I think I like the facial SPFs equally, and it wasn’t as if I got bad service at sephora(quite the contrary), I really liked how I was treated here and how I got a little goodie bag of stuff to try. They got me on the hook for their SPF and their facial lotion at the very least.
