I would like to take the time out to personally thank Keller Williams Realty Realtor, Lori Stevens, for the tremendous help and support that she provided me during this home buying process.

I moved to Dallas from Missouri in 2008, and after living in an apartment for many years, I decided that it was time to purchase a home. Unfortunately, I did not know what was in store for me. As a first-​time home buyer, there is a lot to learn about the buying process and the associated costs. My first round looking for homes was unsuccessful partly because I did not have a helpful realtor. Truthfully, I did not realize my initial realtor was unhelpful until I met Lori Stevens.

Lori took me under her wing like I was her daughter. Given that my immediate family resides in Missouri, I thought that I was in the home buying process alone, but Lori made sure that I wasn’t. Lori was very patient with me and taught me a lot. She taught me things that a first-​time home buyer needs to know and calmed my nerves (many times). Lori advocated for me on many occasions and she made sure that I looked at homes that were safe, secure, nice, and matched my personality. She also made sure to tell me the truth, even when the truth might have hurt. Lori Stevens is a GREAT realtor and I would recommend her to anyone! She has a great personality, is very organized, friendly, and makes you feel like you are a part of her family.

Lori Stevens is absolutely an amazing realtor. She is really much more then that. We met her when we were relocating to Dallas Texas and she very candidly said she was happy to chat with us even if we chose not to use her as our realtor. Of course after chatting with her about Texas we quickly realized she understood exactly what we wanted and would go the extra mile to help us find it. We have two small children so schools, location and the house was important. We wanted character but not alot of upkeep and still have a big house. We are likely a realtors worst nightmare but she was amazing.
I was also flying back and forth during our relocations so she was even able to go look at homes without me and if they were what we were looking for skype us through them so we could see.
We were able to secure a home 15k under our cap budget, where we wanted to call home in a great location on a quiet street next to one of the best elementary schools in Plano and only 20 mins from my work. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better realtor. I easily would recommend her to anyone looking to move their family to Texas or even just find a new home and already live there.
