Second time I’ve use these guys and very satisfied.
Kelly was out today adding a comfort heat system. Fast friendly and on budget.

I hired Legacy Plumbing to fix a leaky sink and a faucet that wasn’t working based on reviews I had read even though I thought their pricing was a little over the top. One of my issues still isn’t fixed even though he found the issue he referred me to a countertop repair first which was fine. I was going to say he was really nice and did a good job until at the end of the day I went upstairs for something else and saw he had left all of the lights on where he had been working and a huge mess. I had a bucket to catch the dripping water and it was totally full plus he had put all of the pipe & small parts in the bucket of water. The towels I had under the sink for him in case he needed for the repair were all soaked and laying under the counter, soaking the wood and dripping onto the floor. I don’t think it was his responsibility to clean up anything I had done but the towels were all dry when he arrived so I assumed he spilled water from the bucket as he was attempting to repair the sink. On my faucet he simply removed the strainer where the water comes out without replacing it so not sure that was worth the $ 230 it cost (and that was discounted since he didn’t fix the leak) just to have him drive out, not really fix much, estimate changing a hose bin around $ 350 and then leave a mess without letting me know. I’m not even positive he was a plumber. I thought they might have sounded too good to be true and they were. What a rip off! I still need a plumber.

Very impressed. Spoke with Legacy this morning and had service early this afternoon. Had a clogged sewer line. Sean snaked the line, cleared the clog which is great. But even better, he spent time teaching me about my house. Valuable information that we as home-​owners should be aware of and all know. Glad Legacy is part of my support team. Thank you. You set expectations, exceeded them, and charged a very fair price.

Kelly came out and went above and beyond any plumber I have ever used. Kelly was very thorough explaining what he was going to do and why. Legacy Plumbing has a jewel of plumber with Kelly. I will be using Kelly and Legacy Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Great work, The price was 500.00 less than other plumbers!!! The team that replaced my hot water heater was professional, on time, cleaned up after there work was complete. When the city inspector came, he said «well this is perfect»!!! I have never had that in my life with work that required a city inspection. I will be using them as my only plumbing contractor.

I called around 12 pm because my hot water heater started leaking. They gave me an estimate over to phone and scheduled service between 2 and 5. They called at 1 to tell me that they are 30 minutes out. In about 3 hours Sam and Logan did a fantastic job on replacing my difficult hot water heater. Both men were very professional and courteous. Could not be happier with the service. Will recommend to my friends.

We had a PRV that needed to be replaced and had talked to several plumbers and got the run around on schedule and pricing. Legacy Plumbing was AWESOME from scheduling the appointment to completing the job. They were on time, extremely thorough, and patient with my lay man’s questions. We ended up updating out water heater because they were not a hard sell but listened to my needs and got me what I wanted. Thanks Doug! Great service from the time I made the appointment to the service from Plumbing Specialist, Canon. Reasonable pricing, polite, knowledgeable and professional workmanship.

We had some hot water pressure problems in the master bathroom. We had another plumber come out previously and said it was a PVR issue and quoted us $ 1250 worth of repairs to replace it. Daniel came out the next day after reading notes on our issue. He immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it without even looking at our house yet. When he arrived, he said the PSI on our valve pressure was fine and it was the heat traps in our water heater that was our issue. Only cost us $ 212 and done in under an hour! He was AWESOME! So glad we called them up. Would def recommend and use them again for plumbing issues. Thanks again!

I had a water leak from my water shut off valves in my laundry room. They replaced them without an issue. I also needed to replace my water shut off valve to my house, as I live in an older home. They told me what to expect over the phone before they got there. I, unfortunately, had to bring my home up to code and spend more money. However, they also looked at my hot water heater. They showed me lots of corrosion and explained why I needed to replace it. I don’t think it was an upsale by any means. The technician/​plumbers were very informative and did not pressure me at all. Their work was efficient and professionally constructed.
I had Steve and Matthew work on my house. They worked well together and they also worked well independently. Once they arrived at my house, they were ready to work and they got right to work.
I have found my plumber for all future needs and projects.

Wow, two experiences and both absolute home runs by this firm and team. Just bought a house in mckinney and inevitably comes fix it issues. We had Sean on one occasion helping with a gas line question and then today, Steven came to fix a clogged sink. Service Doesn’t get better then this!

I’ve had Lee out twice now and both have been stellar experiences. Not only is he honest and easy to communicate with, but he is super nice and a pleasure to work with. I like to do a lot of plumbing stuff myself, so it’s easy to worry when you have to call someone that you’ll be taken advantage of. Not the case with Lee and Legacy. It makes you feel good when he sizes something up, says it’ll either cost $ 180 or double that depending on the scenario, and it turns out to be the lesser amount. He could have taken advantage of me and said we needed to cut away bricks and it’d cost double, but he didn’t. That goes a long way with me. He doesn’t seem to mind when I hang around while he works and I ask lots of questions. He’s just a pleasure to work with — great guy. I’ll always ask for Lee when I have to call Legacy for something. Legacy Plumbing delivered more than what I could’ve expected! Matt was amazing and so nice and professional! The installation took way less time than I ever thought it would and Matt and his co-​worker even took time to play with my 3 kids and our dog! Legacy Plumbing has a new customer for life! Can’t say enough good things about them!

Arrived on time and the service was great. The plumber knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my leak.

These guys were professional and honest. Pricing was very straight forward and I didn’t feel as if they were trying to take advantage of our plumbing situation. Work was done quickly and every effort was made to not make more of a mess then what was necessary. Overall, it was a great experience given the circumstance. I will be calling on them again next time we have a plumbing problem.

I called them after another plumber told me I needed a $ 1200 water pressure system to handle the high water pressure he measured at my home. Long story short, Legacy came out and determined that while the pressure was a little high, I did not need to purchase and install anything. This company has a lot of integrity and professionalism.
You can see all of the five star reviews here, and that is why I called them. It paid off to take a look at Unilocal first. They also were collecting canned goods for Frisco Family Services. I provided 10 items and they waived the service call fee. I had them do a few other minor items while they were here and paid a modest fee for the work.

I used them when Nations (home warranty co) sent me someone that quoted me 1500 to fix; they did it for less than half of that.
Loved their service and will definitely be a repeat customer.

If you want service with integrity, does not get any better than Legacy Plumbing!
Well the service was excellent from the time I called the company till the time the Repair Specialist (Daniel) left my house. Legacy Plumbing was able to get someone out to my house the same day I called for service. The Repair Specialist was very courteous and knowledgeable, he explained everything he did/​checked and provided different options (quotes) and suggestions. I hardly ever write reviews, but with service so excellent (which is very hard to find these days) this was worth me letting other Unilocalers know that Legacy Plumbing is legit and provides excellent customer service.
I am glad that other Unilocalers suggested Legacy Plumbing, which is the way I found out about this company, and I hope others needing plumbing service will call Legacy Plumbing. Highly recommended!

Legacy Plumbing saved my marriage
Well, maybe not saved — as it wasn’t really in jeopardy — but I sure got your attention! if anything, they definitely put me in my wife’s good graces!
We have a new-​ish home (1+ years old), and a variety of plumbing problems sprung up in rapid succession.
I tried researching how to fix the garbage disposal, but had nightmares of getting it apart and then not being able to put it back together. I tried fixing the toilet myself, even purchased one of those water saving devices (well, its leaking now); etc etc
Found these guys on Unilocal,and the woman who answered was so helpful — quoting us over the phone for typical prices for their work. They are local and have an awesome focus on helping others (they helped build /​donate to the park in Frisco), and every year they choose a volunteer opportunity to donate to.
We got a discount on it being our first call to them, the gentleman who came out called and asked very politely if it would be OK to come by early (who ever gets a service person our early!?) He was efficient, knowledgeable, clean, and overall very easy to work with. Didnt charge me to tighten the nut on the garbage disposal! and I felt the fees for the other work were fair.
I paid my bill on their iPad, had the invoice emailed to me, and I wish that every company I ever have to hire was as easy as this group was to work with!
Will definitely recommend to my neighbors, and will call them again (but hoping I don’t have to!)
