This Frisco LabCorp on Parkwood is great. I’m a difficult draw because of ‘rolling veins’ and had some really bad experiences at another LabCorp in Lewisville. So I make the drive to Frisco to this LabCorp 2x a year(just got back). I’ve had different phlebotomists each time and each one did a great job drawing my blood, leaving only a tiny bruise and with minimal discomfort. It’s such a relief for me to have found this place. I do tell them each time that I’m a ‘difficult draw’ and I do make sure to hydrate. I’ll never be without anxiety about getting my blood drawn because of the bad experiences I’ve had in the past — but these guys make it so much better for me.

Great service! I like how you don’t need appointments and they generally could get you in within 10 min. They also are very nice despite your fear of needles! Thank you!

I’ve never received worse treatment or customer service at a medical testing facility. Congratulations LabCorp, from the snarky receptionist who was rude to the lab tech who didn’t speak to me before taking blood and was rude when I asked if she wanted to warn me before she started drawing blood so I could distract myself and not pass out on her, you’re the worst. The icing on the cake was when I was putting on my jacket to leave and the lab tech shouted«EXCUSEMESIR» and brushed past me to leave the room. I will be letting my employer, my doctor, & your corporate office know of my experience.

The staff is friendly, just be sure to book an appt using their website because wait times for walk-ins average an hour and a half long!
