Do not take your children’s clothes here!!! I brought in 2 HUGE boxes and they gave me $ 29 for it. Most of it was new or completely new condition! I am so shocked! They told me I could stay in the store for an hour while they went through the boxes or if I left the store it would take 3 days and they would donate the rest of it. Well I couldn’t hang out in the store long at all because they had very little merchandise and the quality of their clothes they accepted was horrible. Their plan was for me to leave the store because if I left it was all donated to them anyways so they barely gave me ANY money the clothes I brought. Horrible costumer service, NOT HONEST people, and I will never go here again.

Had a bad experience with the female owner of this store and the plano location. I plan on shopping at the allen store from now on, even though it’s way out of my way. If you complain so much about the policies of owning a store in frisco maybe the city isn’t for you. Nice store but bad snotty service.

Went in search of another costume for my son (don’t ask) and found an adorable Elvis for $ 2. They were friendly, the selection was decent for boys, but nothing I felt like was a great «deal» outside of the costume.
