Really bad customer service. I was trying on items and I needed a new size… they have sign posted in the dressing room to let an employee know if you need a new size. I asked the employee and he told me I could go look for the new size(even though I had no shoes on and was wearing a dress I was trying on). I asked that they go look for me… an employee came back and said they did not have the size I asked for. But after I was done trying on my remaining items, I FOUND the size I was looking for out on the floor. I returned to the store today to return an item I had bought. They had many huge signs set up front stating if you buy 3 items you will receive 20% off your next purchase, so I bought three items. When I asked about receiving my coupon at the checkout, the employee told me they were not starting that promotion until tomorrow. I asked why the signs were up then? and he did not answer me. The 2 times I have been in this location, employees have been standing around talking, bad mouthing other employees, while I see plenty of work needing to be done around the store. I will not be returning to this location.

I find this location rather disappointing in comparison to the Willow Bend location. I was super excited to see that they were opening in Stonebriar and was pretty much counting down the days. When they finally opened, I went to check it out… I was met with unfriendly and unhelpful employees in a store that pretty much has no selection. OH and also… they were promoting a deal where you sign up for text and email alerts and they will give you 10% off of your purchase that day. So I signed up and brought my measly selections to the cashier and was told I couldn’t use the 10% off text coupon in conjunction with a gift card! WHAT?! That totally does not sound right… but she told me her system simply would not allow it. So to sum it up, I didn’t get 10% off that day. but I’m stuck with the annoying emails and text alerts. How awesome. This location is still new, but so far they are seriously lacking. I’ll just stick to the Willow Bend location, thank you very much.

First off, love when H&Ms have DJs at their grand openings. However, I felt like I was at a club and I was sweating — hard. Looked like I popped a Molly. 5 stars BC I got 7 polos for $ 5 each! AND white girl(WG) cashier totally stood up for herself to the other black girl(BG) cashier when WG took 50% off of a blazer I bought for my gf. BG told her it wasn’t 50% off, but WG told her no and remained adamant. Regardless if WG was wrong, the 50% was already taken off the dress and it would’ve made me feel bad afterwards if she put back the 50%. So kudos to the WG for not only not backing down, but remaining confident in her knowledge and understanding how the customer would not feel good after you took off 50% then put it back on the bill. You go girl! And BG, even if WG was wrong, don’t argue in front of customers please, it’s poor form. But 5 stars BC I love H&M and I’m glad there’s one closeby so I don’t have to always go to Willow Bend. I will be back frequently.
