Frost It Cafe

I love Frost it Café!!! A good friend of mine is the one that told me about Frost It Café and I am so happy that she did!!! We used them for our wedding cake and everyone still talks about how good our cake was!!! David the owner is such a character and I loved going in for our meetings!!! Thank you so much for being apart of our special day!!!

I happened to stop by to see what they had, and super happy that I did! Since my first visit I’ve gone back a few time and have never been disappointed. The staff is so friendly. I recommend the coconut cupcake, cream cheese frosting is delicious. You will love it! Make sure you stop by early for the biggest selection.

AMAZING!!! The best cake balls, cup cakes, and cakes. Have gotten a beautiful custom cake for many occasions, as well get cup cakes or cake pops almost monthly for one occasion or another, everything tried has been incredible!!! Custom cake orders with their talented cake art designers are so creative, I just would get a cake anywhere else!!! David, is a hands on Manager and his customer service is incredible in itself! Lots of choices in Frisco, but this one is the best!!!

I love Frost It Café. The first time I came was on a date, he got coffee and I got tea. Both fresh and hot.
Another time I brought some friends to this café to do some studying together and we all got some of the tasty deserts this shop has to offer, the cupcakes are soft and delicious, not too sweet and always paired with a great icing to make a perfect combination.
I went once with another friend and we each got a couple cake pops! They are so fun and cute! Simply decorated but they still look awesome and taste amazing, the German chocolate was my favorite.
I always like looking at the cakes they are decorating in house right in the front of the shop! This place is lovely and a nice change from the traditional franchise coffee shops in Frisco. I highly recommend stopping by for coffee and a snack!

Emailed the Manager about 9 pm and got an immediate response. I was looking for quick turnaround on some cupcakes for my team. I called them with my payment information the next morning and cupcakes were delivered an hour later. Great service and great cupcakes!

Super Cute and charming little place. I ordered a coffee cake muffin/​cupcake dessert, it was fantastic! The service was great. I hope they stay in business, the location stinks as well as the parking. But such a great little bakery.

I went in to talk to someone about making my son a custom cake for his birthday. We had used them for his birthday cake last year and they did a great job. The reason why I will no longer do business with them is due to the fact that while waiting to talk to someone about the cake I needed, the «cake lady» puked the owner aside and started to whisper in a corner. The owner then came out and told me they were no longer doing custom cakes and changing their business model for cakes… that they don’t make any money off of them. That would have been fine if I hadn’t found out that a coworker went in and ordered a custom cake weeks later. I felt lied to and that it was more of an issue that this lady didn’t want to add another cake to her to do list. We ended up using Society Bakery, which is superior in flavor and taste anyways, so I guess in the end we came out ahead.

Sweet, moist, and rich! This place has got it right!
Best cookies and cupcakes and cake pops anywhere around! I especially like the chocolate chip walnut, and chocolate chip M&M cookies. The hummingbird cup cake was moist and sweet, full of rich flavor.
My new favorite addiction.

I came in yesterday with my boyfriend and got a dozen chocolate cover strawberries, they were amazing and the staff was very friendly.

Sadly, not impressed. Selected the Italian Crm cupcake. Was heavy, cold and crm chz icing was heavy and a bit dry. Cupcake was small too. At $ 3.15 ea I want something more substantial and more gourmet. I want to taste REAL butter. :)
Think owner was there and not interested in making a happy customer… just biz… it seemed.

We got custom cupcakes here for a party. They were very accommodating in the back and forth describing what we wanted them to look like and gave us a quote ahead of us confirming the order. We paid a few days in advance.
When we got the order, there were a few things wrong, including a missing cupcake and wrong colors used. This affected only about 20% of the order, but should have never happened in the first place. They were again accommodating and made us another cupcake on the spot. We had to wait a bit but it was fine.
Now for the taste of the cupcakes, they were really good. We got both chocolate and vanilla for the kids, and cookie and marble for the adults. I had the cookie and the marble and they were both excellent. There were large chunks of cookie in the cookie cupcakes which made it for me.
The ambiance of the café itself is okay, with not a lot of room and very empty. Parking can get full during busy times in this shopping center. They also have a drive thru.

Always been a fan of moist, great tasting cupcakes. Frost it Café desserts have to be the best I’ve ever had. My Mom could make sum really sweet cake’s but the cream cheese filling on top of these clumps of chocolate gooeyness are an OMG moment that when eaten, your eyes close and you will think you have died and went to heaven.
Sweetest bakers behind the counter has to have something to do with it. Always service with a smile. Bring your own glass of Ice Cold Milk, it’s a Must have.
If there’s none on the shelf, it’s cuz they have SOLD OUT!!!

I love this café. Yesterday, I ordered French Onion soup. It was excellent. Thank you David! Customer service is excellent and I love the cozy atmosphere.
I would love to give 5 starts but 4 starts due to slow WiFi. Hopefully improvement in future :)
