Business Owner
Bo Hill’s commitment to achieving continuous results and his never-satisfied attitude sets the tone for clients/athletes reaching their maximum potential. His program focuses primarily on the ability to improve strength, speed, power, mobility, agility, sport specific endurance and total athlete performance. Training with Bo requires focus and determination in order to push beyond physical limits and barriers.
New and incoming clients quickly discover that Bo’s coaching style is uniquely different than many other personal trainers in the area. Clients are first evaluated then paired up in small training groups (no more than 4) with similar likenesses and abilities creating a camaraderie and team-oriented atmosphere. The small gym environment at FSP allows training groups the ability to keep a high level of intensity and mental focus needed to beat old personal goals and create new ones.
