Horrible service. This limo company was hired ahead of time to celebrate a 40th birthday party. Not only did they never show up (after waiting an hour we gave up), but they ruined a great beginning to a fun birthday surprise. They had the nerve to call us an hour later to check to see if we still wanted the limo. We were appalled when he said that since we had been waiting for him for an hour. The driver then followed up by saying, «Yeah, I was working.» (In a harsh tone as if it was an inconvenience to do THIS job) If this company had no availability for this night, they should have stated so. We would have been happy to hire a limo company that could be dependable and provide the service they promised. We will never get this opportunity to surprise the birthday individual as we wanted to. Please don’t make the same mistake in hiring this company. Please chose to hire someone else.

Very professional service, accurate and good pricing. The car is very clean and the driver is very nice and knows his way around. He arrived 15 minutes earlier than the pick time and always texts me to tell me his location in the airport.
I recommend you to use the service.

Extremely unprofessional, sketchy, and rude. The driver was 30 mins late after claiming he had been hit and after multiple calls to the answering service with them telling me I needed to stop calling so they could do their job? The passengers had to tell the driver where to go, the limo broke down, the driver was texting instead of opening the door for passengers and looked like he had just rolled out of bed.
Of course they charged me for the service prior to even leaving with the passengers. I would not suggest using this company, it was a terrible experience.
