Really disappointed. Deliberately ordered the Pink Azalea arrangement (mom’s favorite flowers) to brighten her day after an unexpected surgery, and what arrived was an arrangement of Pink Hydrangeas. No notice from the florist that they would be substituting the flowers. Feels like a bait and switch. I do not recommend this florist and am disappointed in the service/​product received.

Last year Frisco Flowers & Blooms came to my rescue to make a same day delivery for Mother’s Day! I live out of state and their website was so helpful detailing all the beautiful flowers! They customized an arrangement over the phone that turned out to be exactly what I had in mind! My mother was very impressed with the quality and loveliness of the arrangement, and I was so ecstatic with their customer service! There is no other place but Frisco Flowers & Blooms that I trust more for sight unseen flowers to be delivered to my mother!

Terrible!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! I ordered flowers for my gf to be delivered at her work on Valentines Day. They were never delivered I called the next day and they said they delivered them to the wrong person. They told me the flowers would be delivered the 15^th, but again no flowers.

Beautiful Roses but not for the cost!
I still feel the same exact way about this business. I would not use them again. I was charged incorrectly, and I felt their prices were high. In addition, the delivery was not made at an appropriate time. All of the reviews for this business have been filtered through Unilocal

AVOID! SCAM! Ordered a over $ 150 flower, came looked completely different with what I ordered, different quality of flower and different vase and there’s no arrangement at all! Was told it was because its seasonal, that’s why they sent what they have. You can’t do business like that! There’s no advance notice about the orchid I ordered it out of stock. No notice about the vase I ordered is out of stock, no notice What I received is a cheap orchid looked exactly as Kroger’s! There’s no arrangement at ALL! Orchid tags are still there just like if you bought them from Kroger! And they throw in a «not too look like» ribbon in the vase. That’s it! No branches, no moss, NOTHING! And they charge that much! When called asking for a store credit if there’s no refund, and expressed that I’m willing to drive down to give them the flowers back if they feel like a 10 mins drive is too tiring, they agreed to picked the orchid the next day. GREAT!!! THEY JUST DISAPPEARED! Never answer calls! It’s a business gift, I felt so ashamed to have that sent to the office to my boss. Glad I found out before he received and kept it under my desk. Bought another BEAUTIFUL Orchid from another local florist, my boss was happy and everyone loved it, and it only costed me $ 90. I showed the photo to experts, that orchid frisco flowers & blooms sent only worth $ 20!There’s another review I found after my bad experience online, someone else spent 80 dollars and received 6 roses only! No décor either. YOU CAN KEEP MY $ 150, shame on you! Try to survive another day of your business if you keep doing this way! GOOD LUCK!
READ all the filtered reviews, I don’t understand why Unilocal filtered them. I actually searched Unilocal before placing the order but didn’t see there’s filtered reviews. If I read them, I will be smarter!
