First Rate Financial was great. They got me a much lower rate and a better deal than all other options. Closed very quickly, and the Closing was completed on my kitchen table (they sent a mobile notary).
I’ve already referred my friends and family to First Rate Financial, and will continue to do so.

Chad Lemons was an absolute life-​saver when it came to getting our loan for our first home! My wife and I had no experience buying a house and Chad spent a lot of time helping us understanding everything going on throughout the entire process. He was incredibly quick and efficient! Whenever I would send him some papers he would call or email me within the hour to confirm their completion. We went to Chad because some good friends recommended him, and we were so glad we did! On my first home purchase he took the time to explain in detail the paperwork and financial options, ensuring that I fully understood the impact to my bottom line. I’ve purchased four different homes over the years and this was by far the best experience from start to finish. Chad was quick to show me all the options available and discuss in simple terms what each of the meant for us. My ultimate evaluation of the process is judged on how simple was the process… First Rate made my life easy! If I had a question, Chad made sure he was available to answer them. If there was something that had the potential to not go our way, Chad made sure he got well out in front of the problem to head it off. This guy knows mortgages! First Rate Financial came to me by recommendation. This was my 4th home purchase, 1st time purchasing out of state for a relocation. Of the 4, this was by far the easiest and most peaceful. I worked with Chad Lemons, who was on top of everything. He worked extremely fast to complete a closing well within 30 days and kept me informed every step along the way. His communication was awesome and his response time was always impressive. Maybe more impressive was answering multiple «off hours» emails, aiding me in contacting key people, and even offering a little local advice. Moving a family 1200 miles can create a little stress and I thank Chad for making this portion of it very simple.
