I came in here for the first time to purchase a Bible for my son. The associate was very helpful, pointing me directly to the children’s Bible section. I picked out what I wanted and she even offered to have it embossed for me. I was very excited! I asked how long it would take. She said 15 – 20 minutes, so I went to the register to pay. There I discovered the $ 6.99 fee for embossing(unmentioned by the employee). I left the store to do some other shopping and came back 30 minutes later. I noticed the same three Bibles sitting on the counter waiting to be embossed, mine at the end of the line. I stood in the store for another 45 minutes waiting for the Bible. The wait and fee do not bother me. What bothers me is that the associate was not up front about either. I will be ordering online next time.

The workers out front were very nice. Unfortunately, the manager was not. I purchased a bible and I wanted it to be free of imperfections, unfortunately the box was very beat up. So I found another at one of the other stores which they own. I purchased that bible at the other store but when I presented it I realized it had a blemish on the outer edge of the pages, not bad but I wanted it perfect as again this was the last one in either store. I called the Frisco store and called spoke to the woman I spoke with before and told her I wanted to return it there as this store is closer for me, she said fine. Once I arrived the same woman I spoke to over the phone said she would have to ask her manager in the back, this manager never came out, she stated, I would have to return It at the other store back across town. This was not very nice especially when they own both. I had to go all the way down to the other store, again. Unfortunately I won’t be back.
