This Chase Bank location is just plain terrible. I used to live and work in the Addison Texas area and I loved the Chase branch there right off Montfort. But I moved to Prosper and this branch is the closest branch to us and again it’s awful. Every single time I’ve been in there the customer service is horrible. No one great you with a smile and no one is at all helpful. Well today was the last straw — my husband went in to open a new personal checking account. The account associate was not friendly and acted as though she didnt want to open the account for us. Finally, getting tired of the nonsense I asked to speak to the branch manager and he was even worse. Love Chase, HATE this branch. Because of past interactions and the incident that happened today, my husband and I will be closing all of our Chase accounts and credit accounts.
