I bought shoes from Foot Locker but needed a larger size. They didn’t carry them and referred me to this Champs (since they are under the same umbrella). I waited in a long line just to be told by Champs that they would not exchange it bc Foot Locker doesn’t do it for their customers. Apparently they want to send a message and I was there like what the eff does this have to do with me?
