Caliber Collision

Their manager, Jason, does his best, but I’ve been here twice since the initial repairs to rectify some mistakes they made… Not sure they have the most competent body techs. My advice: triple check all things they fix and call Jason if something doesn’t look right; he’ll take care of you as long as you’re willing to be patient with their techs. FYI, I have Geico insurance.

Jason and Sean and their team were great and super friendly. I didn’t get the name of the technician who worked on my car but he found and fixed a very irritating noise that multiple techs at the dealership «could not recreate». I highly recommend this Caliber Collision!

Everyone who helped me through the process of getting my car fixed at Caliber West Frisco was helpful, informative, and nice above all! Daniel and Andy made my experience especially simple, stress, and worry free. They were both very attentive and left me with no doubts that choosing Caliber West Frisco to fix my car was the right decision. The process almost seemed too easy, and my car came back looking AMAZING! This shop is awesome! I have had my car fixed by them twice now and both times the work was great. Jason and Shawn went above and beyond this last time for me. The check engine light came on and they investigated the issue… even though it had nothing to do with my wreck, they took the time to not only investigate the problem but they also repaired it for me at no cost. They certainly care about customer service and making sure that anyone that comes through their doors leaves happy and in a safe vehicle. I would absolutely refer them to my friends and encourage you to use them for your car needs!

I award this 1 star to the front desk secretary, Daniel and the Geico rep hiding in the back office (should have gotten her name). My girlfriend had an insurance quote appointment that we confirmed the TIME the day before and when I arrived was simply told that we had the wrong time and had missed our appointment. While possibly not all Caliber Collision’s fault (perhaps partly Geico rep who scheduled the appointment) no one showed any «customer service» skills.

I took my Nissan 350Z here and they were GREAT! They worked with my insurer, Safeco, who had previously sent me to Collision King in Lewisville. Collision King estimated $ 700 for repairs. Right away, my service advisor at Caliber, Shawn Marchant, pointed out that besides the rear bumper being beat up, one exhaust pipe was pushed in — something Collision King missed. They took a further look at it and discovered further damage behind the bumper, with a total repair value of $ 2700. They worked with Safeco to get the estimate adjusted, and delivered my car back (with courtesy dropoff) a week after the insurance was approved. Shawn kept me apprised of progress every step of the way. They’re a new shop, but seem to have their act together, and do good work and deliver it when they say they will. They warrant the repair for as long as I own the car. Very satisfied.
