I have been here several times and always had a great experience, until my most recent visit. I’ve had Lily & Than do my lashes, both original & silk styles. Than did them most recently. Every time my lashes have come out looking stunning, but this time I literally started experiencing loss of lashes, minutes after walking out the door. I understand how lash loss works and overlooked it as just one rogue lash that was about to shed anyway. But then I started noticing lashes that were missed, particularly on the outer corners where it was extremely noticeable. Although BLASH was considerably more expensive than many other places, I kept coming back because the quality was unmatched. I went back in the lobby since I was not given lash brushes upon leaving, which is standard. I had literally just walked out of there minutes prior and dropped $ 150 and then I was treated as an inconvenience because I asked for a lash brush. I didn’t bother complaining about the loss and bare lashes in the corners of my eyes. From the way I was treated just asking for the brush they should’ve given me in the first place, there clearly would’ve been an argument and I wasn’t up for it. Now, if a product is superior, I can deal with a little bit of crap customer service since this is a service that one can’t get just anywhere, but if the product quality is unacceptable too, you better believe I will not waste my time or money again. My lashes previously lasted about 6 weeks. I’m at 3 weeks now and my left eye is almost completely bare and the right looks pathetically patchy. I’ll be trying a different salon next time.

Tammy was recommended by a friend and she is the best! Really takes her time and is worth the «splurge» of paying every 2 weeks for fills for eyelashes. My natural lashes are so short and having these has been amazing. I can swim, go into the ocean and workout without any problems. Worth the investment!!!

My daughter and I had a spa night at Blash together when my husband purchased lashes for me as a surprise Birthday gift. I’m giving my review a star because, to be honest, my daughter’s not having any problems with hers, but my review is about the service/​attitude I received from the technician who did mine and how the shop handled the issues I encountered.
When we came in the first the salon wanted us to do was to fill out customer information and to sign a waiver stating the salon is not responsible for any issues encountered as the result of lash application including irritation to the glue, infection, etc. This should have been red flag #1 but I thought any reputable business would stand behind legitimate products they promote an sell. My daughter and I were led into separate rooms even though the manager assured my husband at the time of purchase we could be together. While my lashes were being applied my eyes began to water progressively and when I asked my technician if that was normal she said «sometimes» and continued with the application. She eventually used a fan to try to help with what became excessive watering and irritation that she was blotting away and by the time she finished I had asked several times whether she thought the glue would hold up under the circumstances. Both the technician and manager told me to wait until morning to «see how it goes». My husband had prepaid for the service so I just went home and hoped for the best.
I woke up the next morning to a very painful right eye and discovered two lashes stuck on my eyeball and several more on my cheek. They had fallen out in a «section» and more on both of my eyes had lashes that were loose and continued to drop throughout the morning. I had the shop remove them and the technician told me to go wash my eyes… I did and when I came out of the restroom everyone had disappeared… nowhere to be found… except for the manager. Obviously a situation they have encountered before as when I asked for a partial refund consideration she said «No, you signed the form». No point in arguing, but I do want potential future customers know that for Blash, it’s all about the bottom line. They continued to apply the lashes despite irritation, infection possibilities and enough tears to compromise any amount of glue. For several days after removal my own lashes also fell out. If you are someone who experiences «sensitivity» this will be your experience at Blash.

Best eyelash extensions I’ve ever had! Seriously have gone to other places and was blown away by how full and awesome these looked. Will never go anywhere else!

Leanne is a new lash tech here and she is great. My lashes last up to 3 weeks with no crazy ugly gaps when other lashes fall out!

Love love love!!! So light and full!!! Highly recommended. The lady was super nice and made sure it looked perfect before I left!

I had my lashes done before my wedding and they turned out AMAZING! I had tried lashes months ago but Blash lashes are way more secure and natural looking than anything I’ve tried before. The lashes really made the photos! Jackie was also super gentle and thorough. Such great quality and service, highly recommended!

Ive been getting lash extensions for a year now. At first I tried Lash Lounge for 6 months. They were decent but they always rushed and was hard to get appointments. Also the technicians are not reliable. sometimes good and sometimes horrible. Then I tried another place and they used clusters which made my lashes fall out. so finally I found Blash… almost had no lashes left but Jackie did wonders and im so so happy with the way she does my lashes. She takes her time and uses single lashes. She is wonderful and my lashes lasted 2 weeks no problem. I could have gone 3 weeks!
Jackie also waxed my eyebrows perfectly! She is the best… thanks Blash!

I love Blash! When I leave the boutique, I feel like a super model with my stunning eyelash extensions! People compliment my lashes everyday, because their work is absolutely marvelous! I can NOT live without them. The service is wonderful and the atmosphere is relaxing!

I highly recommend this place because I have been to numerous places for eyelash extensions and I have to say that Blash is definitely the best place in town. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and you get what you pay for. The technique they use to apply the lashes is so much better then any other place in town because your lashes look so much better and natural and also last a lot longer. Jackie is who I have always gotten my lashes done with and she is so sweet and patient and always takes her time and does an EXCEPTIONAL job. But I’m sure everyone there is great. Don’t make the mistake I did in the beginning and just go to the cheapest place in town because they will TEAR up your «real» lashes so bad. It’s worth going to the best place from the get go~ Blash !!!

Went today to get eyelash extensions and couldn’t be more pleased! The service was amazing and their pricing is very competitive, plus their lashes look 10x better than the quality I’ve seen from other lash studios. I would recommend to anyone!

Love my beautiful eyelashes! They did a wonderful job and I even got a free shampoo and blowdry too. Highly recommend.
