Customer service is amazing! We have a dually and needed a quick detail. They said it would take at least 2 hours for $ 75. After 2 hours it was immaculate we gave them a $ 100 tip. Will be back every time!

Had to drive my car through 3 times because of soap residue that wouldn’t wash off. Ugh! The manager didn’t seem too concerned. Actually asked me to drive through a 4^th time if I preferred. No thanks!

Splish splash performed inspections on both of my vehicles. They offer a free car wash with the inspection, which the day I took one of my vehicle it was raining. I asked if I could bring it back to get it wash and the service guy said sure thing. Being busy for a month I went back to get it washed and they said oh the wash is only good for 7 days as the guy never once told me it had a expiration date. You would think they would keep it in the computer system to keep better track of the vehicle services but was told that the computer only keeps info for that month. Just a head up to the community that have this issue in the future. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I gave them another chance a couple of months after my original review thinking that maybe they got better. I’m glad I did, and this is now my «go to» car wash. The greeters are very friendly and make me feel welcome and appreciated. I almost always opt for the $ 17 exterior only wash which includes hand drying and application of tire/​wheel dressing by hand. They work very quickly and seem to take pride in doing a great job. A nice touch is that they wipe the window down again after I open it to give a tip.
I did the interior service once and was impressed with that as well. The only issue I had was my fault because I didn’t notice the package I bought included armor all. I personally don’t care for a shiny dash due to my black interior reflecting heavily on the windshield nor do I care for how slippery it makes the door panels. They still did a great job applying it, and I’m sure someone who likes a shiny dash would be more than pleased.

After some early struggles when they first open, things have drastically improved here! Any time I’ve gone in they’ve worked hard to get me in and out as fast as possible (while ensuring they do a good job).
I mentioned that it was taking a bit long last time I was in and they put 3 guys on my car and detailed it really nice for me (at no charge). A carwash is only as good as it’s workers, so I know there can be different opinions depending on which day you’re in.
Overall, they do a great job!

Second visit to Auto Splish Splah. These guys are awesome. Had them do the interior carpets this time so had some more time to enjoy the hospitality in their waiting area. Free everything, how great is that. Job was awesome when I got the car back. Feels like I am driving a new car. Thanks again guys. Awesome work.

I am bit of a fanatic when it comes to my car. I am extremely picky and skeptical of where I take my car for a full service wash, much less maintenance.
I haven’t allowed anyone but the dealership to service my car, until I met Scott and his crew at this location. They go above and beyond to insure that all of their customers are happy and they go out of their way to make sure that you get the service that YOU feel you deserve.
Without a doubt the best car wash/​service center in Little Elm/​Frisco.

Once again this business disappoints! They cut corners on cleaning and never pay attention to details whether it be the cheap wash or the premium wash. We had to beg for them to give us air freshener free with our car wash and now you still have to ask for «the spray» as I am sure they would love to forget just to save money. Even being close to the neighborhood, I will not use this car was again — too many chances and disappointed again!

Decent car wash but soooooo slow. Waited over 25 minutes for them to start working on the interior. I’d suggest going somewhere else unless you’re looking to kill a lot of time.

Quick service. What more can you ask for. You pay a little more for speed. They didn’t check the tire pressure or the air filter. I know where mine is so I didn’t sweat it. If my wife went in, I would be concerned that all the relevant levels were not checked.

Found this car wash after being unhappy with the new Dreamwash 2 blocks from us on Eldorado. Auto Splish Splash calls the wash I received the $ 17 which is an exterior cleaning through the tunnel, towel dried and the wheels shined. You can tell when the tunnel is also doing a better job. It feels like there is more soap, more brushes and more water. The young lady at the beginning did her job with a smile. Have been back three times now and so far I am very happy with all of the services I have received!

You’d be better off catching a school car wash at the local McDonalds using dish soap — decent workers but the managers must make $ 6 an hour because it matches their ability to resolve conflict. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I’d drive 20 miles further to avoid this place. If you are desperate, at least watch your car as they move nicer cars up to service them first.(-10 Stars should be the rating)

Definitely way better than the one that is in El Dorado (DreamWash) I live closer from El Dorado, but I definitely prefer to drive a little bit more to come here. The prices are great and the service is very professional.

While the new manager Scott is doing his best, some of the other employees are downright disrespectful!
1) the man outside who takes your order and payment accused me of fraud! My gift card wasn’t working when he typed it in the system, so he spoke with Scott. He came back and told me to leave, because «I had been there last week with a fake gift card.» I was flabbergasted! He accused me of fraud! Without any evidence, just that «a black car tried this last week!» Luckily, I spoke with Scott and he realized that I wasn’t the fraudster and honored my gift card.
2) the employee smoking next to a customer’s car. I took a picture from inside the waiting room, not quite believing what I was seeing! Incredible!
This place is to be avoided until Scott or the owner clean this place up!!!

Do not purchase the pro clean exterior car wash. You spend 5 to 7 dollars more for the same service you would get it for the lesser car wash. Also, do not expect to get through any of the lines quickly, the drying and cleaning team takes their time.

Used to be $ 9 to clean a car WITH wheels! AND they offered a 10 day clean guarantee with it. In a year they jacked up the price to $ 12 with only a seven day clean guarantee.
33% price increase with a 30% clean guarantee decrease…
This comes amid them not having enough people to be ready to hand dry. So when waiting in line to get your car dried you are sitting in the sun and get the water spots. What’s the point of the hand dry then?!?
Inflated costs with decreased service? Not justified.

Hello, I just left your carwash very unhappy. I waited in line for 20 minutes for a wash and I was totally fine with that. Paid for a splash wash and needless to say there was no splash of a wash! My car sat in the full service line for over an hour before I decided to leave. The directions were horrible as to the self service line and full service line. This wasn’t first experience at this car wash and I won’t return again. I don’t know if you guys were short staffed or what. I’ve been to other car washes before being as busy as you guys were but never have had to wait over an hour for my car to be touched. I will be writing a goggle review for the service as well.

So past two times I have came they have done a great job, but they are extremely slow for car washes. Seem to be understaffed with people to dry and clean interior of car. Oil change was very quick but wash is not.
So new update. Got the oil changed Saturday and Monday morning noticed an oil puddle under the car. I checked the oil to make sure it had enough in it, and went back up to Auto Splish Splash. Told the man about the issue and they rechecked everything. Apparently the drain plug was only hand tightened and not tightened enough. Was told by someone there that it was a «Rookie» who did it and that he has done it on many cars. They said they are taking care of the problem. They fixed the issue, cleaned up everything and gave me a free wash. Luckily we noticed it, or could have blown an engine down the road.
I can change my own oil. I know how easy it is. I choose to get my oil changed somewhere because it doesn’t cost much more and they can do it quicker. I would expect a simple job to be done right every time without issues.

Car wash is such a rip off! They charged me $ 25 and did not even wipe the inside with a towel. And on top of that my license plate is bent in half.
Instead of offering a solution I was told that they could wipe down my car for $ 10 more. Ooh, yeah it’s a 2 door sports car so it’s not like it’s a lot to wipe down.
I would not recommend the car wash unless you have money to waste.
Disappointed and upset!

We have been here several times and have always been happy with our service. Today was no exception. All but one of the drying bays were full so we pulled up to the empty one. We were promptly greeted by one of the workers. He dried our trick wroth care and even took extra time to spray water on areas that had some extra road grease on there.
We bought the $ 9 package that included the tire clean and shine and it was worth every penny!
