This goes to AT&T corporate! This along with T-​Mobile has to be the worst companies to deal with for phones! If there was a rating of Minus stars they would truly get several! Their promotions are filled to the brim with flaws and when they say you get free phone when you buy one that’s not true! When they say they will buy back your phones if you changeover, not true! they always have little hidden rules that they do not tell you about where they will not buy your phones from another company when you switch to AT&T. You only find out about all these little policies and the real truth after you sign up with them. SHAME ON YOU AT&T!!!

AT&T uverse is the worst cable service! Our television is never working. They come out to «fix» the problem, send new boxes or say they will and they don’t, and we spend hours waiting on hold or speaking to a computer to try and speak to a human in order to receive service calls. Such a waste of money. Literally the entire day today our television worked at most for 3 minutes without freezing. This also affects our internet service as well. Why am I paying for these services and not receiving them?

Slow as heck. There are 7 workers and 3 customers. I’m one of the 3 customers that gotta wait over an hour just to get services. Most of them are walking around and doing nothing.

We went there looking for a iPhone 4 car charger. They were out but a ladie helped us out a lot she tried to getting us a portable one but we didn’t want one. We then asked her where else’s we could get one and she helped. Very nice lately.

The store is a corporate store, meaning you can get a lot more service for your buck than a licensed store. But this review is about Jose’. What a terrific representative for the store and for the brand. Most salespeople, especially those in a retail setting, are measured on how many of «x» they can move in a day, week or month. I came in for some information and advice and received ample amounts of both: good info about the plans and promos, terrific analysis of my current plan config, and recommendations about how best to proceed.
If you’re in the area and in the market, I urge you to stop in and insist on seeing Jose’. You won’t be disappointed.
In fact, I’m off to upgrade my plan and device right now!

Another example why my stomach ache when I hear ATT, waiting like line with no organized way to deal with them, rudeness, loud and unprofessional technical ppl and not enough ppl to serve .
I cancelled my cell, tv and internet from att and will never come back.

Went in to the store to exchange a $ 100 case for a different color because they didn’t have the right color when I got my phone. I was told that when they got the right color in they would exchange it. I haven’t even taken it out of the case. Yet they left out one part it has to be within 14 days. They just got them in yesterday and called to let me know they had received them. Couldn’t make it in yesterday and today is day 15. They refuse to exchange it. Asst. Manager Joey Huerta is no help. Upon asking to speak with the store manager I am told it will be a minute it has been 20 min and waiting. Stay away!

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to upgrade my phone and had surprisingly good and fast service. I noticed that all patrons entering the store were quickly greeted and helped. clearly this store knows how to schedule staff appropriately for the weekend!
This location is pretty large and spacious and feels new (ish). It includes all AT&T products. mobile phones, smart phones, Internet info, cable/​uverse info, Ipads, etc…
